These guys rule! When you need a friendly bike mechanic that isn’t in it just for the money, this shop will take care of you. I purchased my mountain bike from them 8 years ago and they still give it a tune up for FREE. Amazing service. Recently I purchased a shimano break system, had to take it back to bleed the second time and no questions asked, they’re replacing it with a new one and gave me an awesome loaner while we waited for parts. That’s service!

Just brought 2 specialized bike here. Robert help a lot on how to choose the right bike and set it up. Will come back for regular maintenance. Recommended

Stopped here on 5÷2÷16 to have a few questions answered about my daily driver and John went the extra mile by doing some basic maintenance for my cycle without charge. I bought a bottle of lube for my bike and will be back for new tires soon. Thanks

I «found» this shop last summer when I needed a new chain for my Surly LHT. Since then I have put a little over 3000 miles on my bike and had a number of repairs, replacements and upgrade performed by the excellent techs here. You can tell that everyone in this shop loves to ride and talk about cycling.

Fantastic local bike shop, great brands & excellent service. The staff is very knowledgeable & willing to help, but never pushy for the sale. Robert has been willing to go out of his way to make sure I have what I need for races (Cat2 MTB). I love these guys, and I would highly recommend them!

Really fantastic staff here! I am always impressed when I just catch excellent service and knowledgeable expert advice. I’m still a newbie to cycling but having visited several shops and locations, I like to think that I can tell who really cares about the fun of this sport. I saw a shopper here range from a grandmother shopping for her grand baby’s jogging stroller needing new tires, to a dad and son shopping for their new bikes. Nutrition and hydration options, they all range and this location seemed to have a lot to choose. They were just getting for a tent sale when I saw them rearranging the bikes on display so keep an eye out for those special events here. I love a good shopping find!

Before I go any further love the specialized bike but absolutely hate the customer service at this store
Had my bike dropped of for some repairs & here is where they need to improve
— no follow up or notifications on bike repairs if the bike is ready to be picked up or of the repairs are causing a further delay
— asked for some additional work like a dropper post, had to call twice to get the quote & availability with no follow ups for the store, had spoken with the store manager personally and still no follow up
The store manager Robert lacks customer service and follow up skills & hence being shadow of the leader the store lacks it at a Macro level!!!

Came in to buy a new bike to hit the hills with my buddies on the weekend. My last experience here seemed rushed and inattentive, but I always give a place two tries and I am glad I did this time around. Went in spoke with a nice sales guy named Garrett. I believe Garrett might have been the sales manager and seemed to be extremely caring and bothered about my past experience there. He assured me that he would personally make it right this time around. He showed me multiple bikes, spent a gracious amount of time with me. Showed me various models and color options to fit my exact need. He got me on exactly what I was looking for. They didn’t have it built but he said he had one in the shop that he would have to build. He could tell that I was less than satisfied coming back for the bike the next day so he went WAY out of his way and he personally built it right there so I could take it home that day ! Who does that ! All I can say is I will certainly be a customer of this shop as long as this sales guy is there. He really does care about the costumer and not just the sale. He gave me his card and told me to personally contact him for any issues in the future. Go in to the shop and ask for Garrett. He’s the guy you want to deal with for anything bike related.

Was very happy with the service here. Diego was very helpful and I felt he was honest and up front with me in answering my questions about a new bike. The staff did a great job servicing an older bike and was very helpful and accommodating. 5 stars!

Just picked up a Specialized Enduro Expert from these guys. Everyone that works there is super cool and very knowledgeable. Buy your next bike there!!!

I just bought my second bike at Rock n Road and I am sure that I if I buy gear or a bike for my wife in the future it will be from them. Here is why:
I was not convinced about the mountain bike I wanted and they allow you to demo /​rent bikes which can be applied towards the down payment. If you end up not buying from these guys at least you had the chance to rent the latest offering in mountain bikes for a low rental fee.
Robert, Eric and the rest of the staff were on their game and casually friendly which makes for a comfortable buying atmosphere.
They have a quick turn over on tune ups and 4 shops in our area in case you move or on a ride out of your normal circle.
They sell a high quality line up of bikes. I just had a great ride on the San Juan Trail with my 2015 Specialized SJ FSR elite.
I am very happy buying a bike that I was able to demo first for 24 hours. No guessing about which bike to get.

There are MECHANICS and there are SALES people. Don’t get them confused!!! If you need service, don’t even bother the sales people, instead GO STRAIGHT TO THE MECHANICS! There was this one guy who was sales, and I could tell by his mannerisms. He just didn’t want to help me and I asked him what a tune up is, and he wasn’t sure! What?
Instead I went straight to the mechanics. Carlos was excellent! I already have a 3000 dollar specialized bike, and I just needed someone to check it out and give it a tune up. I was going to leave my bike there, but instead Carlos said «don’t worry about it. Just give me 25 minutes.». Sure enough, it wasn’t even 20 minutes and he had done a thorough job on my bike. Excellent. … So, remember don’t confuse the mechanics with the sales. If you have a technical question, ask Carlos!

The boyfriend and I bought our new bikes here a few months ago. This location isn’t exactly the closest location to us, but we will come back here solely because their customer service is stellar.
We had to order our bikes and were promised them a week later, and when we called to check, they hadn’t arrived. The manager went out of his way to drive to their warehouse himself and pick up our bikes so that we could have them. Going above and beyond is always a plus in my book.
The only problem was that there was a major lack in communication with our bikes and several people didn’t even know of the bikes when we inquired about our order. That scared us a bit, but they fixed it, and that’s what matters.

This place is dope… well the employees are dope! Eric helped up this past weekend and we ended up with two awesome bikes. He doesn’t try to up-​sell you or any of that bs. You just know he’s really passionate and super knowledgeable about cycling.
It’s a casual place that you could spend hours at shopping for the perfect bike. They don’t hassle you, I probably could’ve tested every bike there and they wouldn’t have minded. I noticed that a lot of the customers were regulars: the employees greeted them by their first names, casual talk, jokes flying around… seems like a fun place to work.
I will be coming back here for sure!
