Staff is really amazing! Came last night to watch the Cavs Warriors game and Ronnie was bartending. He’s a great guy who is friendly and very attentive to the customers. A lot of other places in the area should take notes from Patsy’s how to deal with customers. Excellent customer service! I will be back soon

I was pleasantly surprised after coming into this bar, it is a pretty nice place! It was not busy at all on a Wednesday night. We stopped in for a beer and ended up staying for dinner. We received good service, great food (for Orange County standards), beers at a decent price. Fish in the fish and chips was bland though, but the fries were amazing. Corned beef was perfect! All around a nice little bar. Oh and clean, cute restrooms.

Dropped in for a quick beer. Had wings and a couple more! Kim was our bartender, she was great! Good food, nice people in the bar, five stars all the way!

Terrible service from the bartender. She was probably high on drugs as her service and demeanor were really off for a customer service position. She then accused me of not paying as I was standing outside waiting for my über. Really?! Do you think I’m going to dine and dash and wait outside for you to come find me? Get a grip, the 20 dollar bill she lost was probably rolled up in her pocket like a straw. I then got 86’d by her… Ha, thanks for assuming I ever wanted to come back to this half-​assed establishment… This is my first Unilocal review ever written and I had to share because of the poor service. Maybe it’s a great place, but I’ll never be back and they need to fire the entitled bartender who was high on drugs or really mentally ill. Not sure which of the two.

The staff is friendly, bar is smelly and the cups are dirty half the time. If you are looking to have a fun night I’d choose anywhere else bowling, beach, reading, cruises down the coast. OC is beautiful get away from dirty dive bars and go explore.

Great Irish pub! Love going for karaōke on Fridays! Terrific Irish food and friendly staff!

We rarely go out but when we do we try to get sitters for Friday nights. We love the vibe there on Friday. Not to mention Kami is an amazing. Awesome drinks and a great time! Love you girl!

What a great place Jacqueline our waitress was so awesome. Fast and efficient service. Food was fantastic. We will be back!

Loved this place. Great food. Great happy fast service. Great drinks. Weekends it’s chill music till 10 then Dj plays top 40. Great place, good size we will definitely be back!

Idiots, apparently they don’t care about repeat customers since their stabbing murder. I’ve been a patron of their business for years. Manager waitress wouldn’t serve us drinks. They lost a long time patron.

The food here is very good with scallops to die for, and good Corn Beef and Cabbage. The Pub is in a small shopping strip with usually enough free parking. Place get very crowded, especially when a big sporting event is on one of the dozens of large screen TVs everywhere.
The staff are very friendly and they have a full bar with lots of tap beers and even a cider or two.

I am a HUGE fan of Patsy’s and highly recommend them if you are looking for a great Happy Hour location or to grab lunch or dinner.
The bartenders are awesome, Joe, Leah, Melia, Ronnie and have always treated me well and will put my favorite sporting event on the TV if I ask or will always pour me another drink before my existing one is complete.
Their Taco Tuesdays offer great food and prices are absolutely respectable. If you have not given Patsy’s a chance, it is an absolute must!

Long week, so short review. Super awesome bartender here. So friendly and talkative. Suggested I ordered the stew (I’m sure there’s a longer name). It’s bad ass. Huge portion, tons of steak. It’s like 50 pieces of tender mini filet mignons in a pool of savory sauce with carrots, potato, onion, mushrooms, Etc. Trust me you’ll like it. Great with a glass of cab.

Great place to hang out! I came here recently with friends to hang out and drink. We tried some of the bar food but I don’t remember much as we were there mainly for the drinks.
Bartenders were really nice. I had a couple questions regarding drinks and not once were they rude. It was a busy night and they still helped me.
In light of the recent tragedy that took place, I don’t blame the bar. I will still come back and I will continue to bring others with me.

Been going here since, well, forever. Stopped in last night despite the recent tragic loss of life. Security was out front as usual, the place was packed, and all was well.
I hold no fault of the bar for a poor decision from one. Sad yes, but no reason to chastise the owner. You can’t predict the actions of others, nor know their past and potential for trouble.
I like the food, the remodel is beautiful, bartenders and servers could def perk up a bit, I honestly don’t recall having a friendly server, especially a woman (no namesneeded) but, it’s an Irish bar, it’s not always rainbows and pots of gold, it’s a watering hole, but when it’s dinner time, I would prefer a bit of friendlyness.

This place is the biggest dump in Laguna Niguel. Patsy’s is a block away from my house
and I have been there many times. The staff is rude, the food is mediocre and at night the place attracts a low class crowd. People need to know that they have very little security and trouble seems to always transpire there. Not a very fun atmosphere. The incident with the guy getting stabbed is really not a surprise. Until they get cameras and tighter security I suggest you steer clear of this place.

I am writing this review for the owners of Patsy’s and for all of the people that make a living at Patsy’s. It is unfortunate that the situation happened last week. This person who violated another innocent person is not a regular at this local bar. He just happened to come her with his girlfriend. What followed their visit is just disgusting. Their criminal behavior is not typical of this establishment or Laguna Niguel.
My husband and I have been regulars at this bar for years. Not once did we ever feel we were in danger. My husband and I decided to support this bar after the terrible incident. We did this because it is a business and it needs to generate money to survive. Also all the people that are employed by this establishment need to make a living as a community we need to support support this business. The food is incredible and the service is superior. On Friday and Saturday they have music and karaōke. Sit at the bar and ask for our favorite bar tender Melia. She is fantastic.

What a great place to come and eat some really good food, watch sports, hang out with friends and have a good time. When I first starting coming here, about 6 years ago, it was a bit divey. But the owners have gone to great lengths and have done an amazing job transforming it into a very nice place for the community to enjoy. So if you haven’t visited lately you should definitely check it out. Before about 10pm there’s a relaxed feeling there with a mix of families, couples, groups of friends and, of course, the regulars at the bar. Mellow music and smiling faces. Later on it picks up with a DJ, dancing, etc.
They’ve also worked very hard to create an impressive menu. I’m yet to order something I didn’t like. One of my favorites is the Grilled Fish & Chips, which is so rare to see at a restaurant. I have gluten intolerance issues and, as a result, have to stay away from all things breaded which really puts a damper on life. But at Patsy’s I can still enjoy a yummy plate of fish and chips. The desserts are super tasty too… or so my friends have all told me :)
I don’t normally go to pubs or bars, but when I do, I choose Patsy’s Irish Pub!

I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this bar. It was relaxed, clean, had pool and darts to pass the time and overall had a great vibe. I will say I did get a whiff of a few of the fish entrees and based on the smell alone I know I would only be coming back for drinks.
