Tracey and Diana were exceptional throughout our home buying experience. They were patient and caring with my Wife and me as we worked to hone in what we were looking for in the Capistrano Valley area and always available to offer advice and coach us through the process. All in all, we ended up in a fantastic home that we love! Can’t ask for more than that. We lived in a cute little cottage in Dana Point for over a decade and then we had our daughter, which prompted us to think about moving to a larger abode. On a whim, we attended an open house in Capo Beach and fell in love with the home. However, we did not have a realtor at the time nor was our house on the market. I spent the following few hours researching realtors in the Dana Point area and decided to contact Tracey. I enjoy working with ethical and hard-​working women, and Tracey is all of this and more. She got back to me within a few hours, on a Saturday, and corresponded with me via email well into the evening. We set a meeting for the next day for her to view our house and to discuss the possibility of working with each other.
Tracey arrived promptly Sunday evening with her thoughtfully curated materials in tow. She already had a plan in place to sell our home and she had already corresponded with the selling agent of the home that we had fallen in love with. Our house was on the market within days and sold shortly thereafter.
In the meantime, an offer had already been accepted on the house that we fell in love with. We searched tirelessly for another home in the Dana Point area but found little that fit our needs. Tracey and Diana, her fabulous partner, constantly showed us homes, even with just a few hours notice, and provided us with sage counsel throughout the process.
Ultimately, my husband convinced me to extend our search to the North Orange County area so that we could be closer to our jobs and family. I was adamantly against moving away from Paradise but acquiesced when we found an awesome home and when I considered the pros of cutting down my two-​hour commute. Tracey and Diana had no qualms about making the drive to North Orange County on numerous occasions and, when we finally made an offer on a house in Fullerton, they were extremely professional in negotiating the purchase though we encountered numerous hurdles because the seller was constantly out of the country.
I must also note that I am extremely methodical, detail-​oriented, and anxious, and Tracey handled my constant questions and fretting with aplomb. She also provided crucial advice throughout the process that helped us feel completely sure about the house that we purchased. We felt like Tracey truly cared about our family and that we she was not just trying to make a sale. We’ve discussed our adventure with numerous friends since we moved and many have expressed how lucky we are to have found a realtor that actually cares about us as people. Tracey and Diana continue to answer my queries, months after our transaction has closed, and they even went above and beyond to provide advice and contacts to my mother when she asked for help with a real estate issue, though they received nothing in return.
In all, I highly recommend Tracey and Diana. They are extremely hardworking, ethical, and wonderful people and super savvy realtors.

Tracey Fulkenkamp is not only the finest realtor I have ever worked with but she is one of the finest professionals in any field that I have ever worked with. Her service is so above and beyond that I do not even have enough adjectives to describe it. Beverly suggestion she made for repairs, improvements, staging, etc. Due to my being out-​of-​state and my sister (Seller) being disabled, Tracey and her partner, Diana, got all the bids, met with each contractor and supervised the work. They also dealt with the tenants and the lease termination documents, walk-​thru, etc. despite that they had not been the rental agents on the tenancy. Tracey has spectacular taste and transformed the home for minimal dollars resulting in a record 7 figure sale with three competing offers within a week of when showings began. Seller accepted the best if these offers and Tracey and Diana are now assisting my sister with anything needed from her for closing. It just does not get better than Tracey Fulkenkamp. We wanted to share our experience of working with Tracey Fullenkamp for the purchase and sale of our homes. This can be such a stressful chapter for anyone, but we are so glad that we decided to rely on the expertise that Tracey offers. We met & gave her our wish list for the «ideal» home. She worked hard to represent us & seek out properties that weren’t yet listed. We eventually found our dream home & were in escrow within a few weeks of her marketing us to our «forever after» neighborhood. She then started the process to list our much loved home of 18 years, as a rental for us. Tracey highlighted every upgrade & had beautiful pictures taken. We had full price lease offers immediately. We then had a change of heart & thought that we should test the market, by listing our home for sale. Tracey provided us an analysis of potential listing prices within an hour. This was a key conversation, because we loved that home, but needed to make a solid decision & Tracey really understood the magnitude of that meeting. Within 5 days we had 3 solid purchase offers. Tracey represented 1 of those clients, who had a full price offer. As we weighed our options over the next few days– she helped us to determine the strongest offer. This was not her client — but another couple that loved the house so much that they ended up purchasing our home for $ 30K above the asking price. We have so much appreciation for her patience, guidance & professionalism through this process. Tracey was on top of the details & it seems as if we were her only clients. We recommend Tracey to anyone that is thinking about buying or listing a home. She doesn’t let anything fall through the cracks as she is incredibly detail oriented. This is important for the paper work, but more important for the nuances of conversations between potential buyers, their agents & sellers. She has a keen ear & great intuition. Her most important quality is her drive. She pushes from every angle, to take care of her clients & to get them to the finish line. At times it felt like «Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride» — but we are so happy have had Tracey as our tour guide, right there with us.

When my husband and I began to contemplate our options for selling our home in Irvine, CA, I knew that Tracey was our go-​to realtor. We interviewed several other agents before meeting Tracey and we were immediately impressed by Tracey’s professionalism, knowledge, organization and preparation. Tracey helped us to find the perfect home in 1 day! Before ever taking us to see a home, she spent a long time asking us questions to find out exactly what we had in mind. The 2^nd home she showed us was just what we were looking for. However, we found out later that day there was another offer on the table. Tracey Fullenkamp definitely stood out above the rest! We have had experiences twice before with two different agents and I was not pleased. Enter Tracey. She came to us highly recommended by our neighbors and I had a good feeling the day I met her. She was upfront with a strong sales background who worked for a great team.
