Laguna Hills Surgery Center

Phenomenal experience. EVERY member of the staff was genuinely caring and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

my daughter had to have surgery and her Doctor picked Laguna hills surgery center. I found their front office (Sarah) and their office manager to be very rude and unprofessional. The nurses staff was nice and if it was not for the comfort we had in our Doctor I would have not had her surgery there. I would not recommend this surgery center, just because it looks good doesn’t mean it is. Also Sarah needs to find a new job that has nothing to do we caring for patients.

Gorgeous, modern, upscale, clean facility where I recently had some facet blocks in my neck. Great staff, especially the anesthesia nurse, Valerie, and other nurses. Will always try to have any medical procedures performed here.
The only reason I didn’t give the facility 5 stars is that the billing department staff are like vultures when it comes to money and payments. I have an excellent EPO plan through Anthem Blue Cross, yet they wanted the full co-​pay up front before the procedure, rather than bill me, as I requested. We worked it out, but it took stress and effort, which I did not want to deal with at 6:45 a. m before a scary procedure.
Otherwise, I’d have easily given Laguna Hills Surgery Center 5 stars!

As mentioned in my previous review, I had to go back for another procedure yesterday. Once again, I received OUTSTANDING service. I feel this place needs to be rated and recognized once again. This time I got names… Patrice helped me check-​in. Wonderful! She remembered me from last time. Right away, I felt welcomed and not just another number. She was fast and efficient. Moved me right on to the admitting nurse, Chavito (sp?), very caring, loving and attentive. She was GREAT with the IV. Thank you. While waiting to get wheeled into the operating room, I was feeling a little down and anxious. In came Katie, one of the operating room nurses as mentioned in my previous review. My mood changed. Then came Fritzie. Let the party begin. Everything was downhill from then on. Again, these beautiful ladies put me at ease and all my woes were forgotten. I cannot speak anymore highly of them and everyone I came into contact with. Keep your patients laughing, ladies. It sure takes the stress out of being there. One last thank you to Valerie, who helped me with the discharge. Extremely thorough, patient and kind. Another wonderful experience. I’ll be back again in 6 months… can’t wait to talk about my experience again. A great big THANK YOU to you all!
