History
Established in 2013.
Perpetuating a tradition of Grilling chicken using Hawaiian Kiawe wood and charcoal, and utilizing family recipe’s handed down thru generations.
My Grandfather and Uncles would barbeque racks of chicken marinated in Huli sauce, over 55 gallon steel drums cut in half and used as a smoker/grill using a hardwood known as Kiawe, which allows for a nice smoked flavor.
