The fresh ingredients, general mixology, and all around professionalism were all our guests were talking about for days/​weeks after the event. Ross came to us to do a demonstration before hand and we couldn’t have been happier! When it comes to presentation and expertise Ross, Tara and the entire Perfect Pour team exceed all of our expectations. I am an event coordinator in Vancouver, BC and in my years planning weddings I have yet to come across a vendor as professional and talented as Ross. He was quick to answer emails, extremely accommodating and made suggestions for vendors that I would have never found otherwise.
However, Ross’ knowledge and passion for his craft is what truly impressed us the most. Every single ingredient that was used in the cocktails was handmade by Ross and his team — from the orgeat in the Mai Tais to the dehydrated lime garnish used in the vodka gimlets. He makes sure that every single drink served from his bar is perfect.
If you’re big on presentation and ascetics like I am, you will be blown away by their unique glassware and drink garnishes, not to mention their beautiful bar and light setup. These small details made a huge impression on our guests and are things they are still talking about today.

Not only were they incredibly nice, funny, and down to earth, but they also made killer drinks and are super passionate about their work, both of which pretty much cinched the deal for us. Throughout the planning process, they were very communicative, providing great feedback and suggestions in the final signature cocktail selections, as well as connecting us with a local brewmaker, and providing great wine and champagne recommendations.

Ross and Perfect Pour are the absolute best mobile bar service on Maui. Their customer service is unparalleled. The quality of their garden to glass drinks are not only exotic and delicious but unmatched in all aspects. We have never had a cocktail with ingredients so fresh! (Get this – Ross actually picked the mangoes from a friend’s garden and fresh lemongrass for our cocktails because he handmakes all of his syrups!) Without a doubt I would rehire them and FOREVER refer their services.
So here is our story: My husband and I got married in Maui last month and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Ross and Perfect Pour for our bar services. We planned a destination wedding and had many reservations about booking vendors without first meeting in person (long story short: not all vendors are trustworthy)…but after speaking with Ross on the phone my husband knew right away that he was a «cool guy» and someone who didn’t have a hidden agenda. Ross was prompt with his emails, informative, helpful and always available. He offered honest advice and we never felt his recommendations were self-​serving. It was a tremendous relief to have found Ross because my husband and I had not had good experiences with previous vendors in Maui. But Ross is a vendor who truly cared about us and wanted us to have the best experience.
When we had the opportunity to meet with Ross in Maui for the first time (for our cocktail tasting) our feelings about him were confirmed. He truly and unquestionably is an amazing guy! He came prepared with his equipment, handmade syrups and of course, liquor and his cocktails did not disappoint! He also brought along several glassware options so that we could choose the cups that we felt best represented us and the décor of our wedding. I’m a person that’s all about the details and Ross impressed me with thinking about cups! Actually, he thinks of EVERY detail possible (from the drink names to the presentation of the drink to the best straw to use) in order to create an unparalleled cocktail experience… and that is what is so amazing about Perfect Pour.
Not to mention, Ross is quite a showman behind the bar and it was so fun to watch him create our signature drinks. My guests are still talking to me about how impressed they were. Also, Ross is not afraid to critique his own work since he is a true mixologist when it comes to creating the perfect cocktail. He knows his ingredients so well and is able to blend all the flavors into pure, mouthwatering amazingness. BEST cocktails we have ever had. Hands down. On our wedding day, we surprised our guests with our signature «theirs» drink – the lilikoi fizz – and it was an absolute hit! Everyone loved it and honestly, all the drinks were amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Ross and his crew are out of this world amazing! We hired them for our destination wedding in Maui. I was really nervous about choosing The Perfect Pour since they are relatively new and couldn’t find too much information about them. I finally just picked up the phone and called Ross and boy am I glad I did. His passion for work is unbelievable. We are so happy that we took a gamble and hired Perfect Pour.
Ross and his lovely counterpart came to our condo a couple of days before the wedding and made us tasty testers in order to ensure we loved everything and got it just right. We were able to get a good understanding of the what was to come and we were very impressed and excited.
The drinks were beyond delicious. The Makawao Mule is unmatched. I ordered them everywhere I went after the wedding and could not find anything that came close to his version. Ross puts so much love and attention into every little detail of a cocktail, making it feel more like an experience than a drink… seriously who can do that? All my guests were so impressed with the mixology and it felt like added entertainment to the wedding.
The drinks were one thing but then there is the fabulous bar! I had a really hard time finding a bar that I could rent and the options I had were not anything I really wanted to utilize. It’s so gorgeous and the lights on it were stunning. One of my guests commented on watching Ross wipe each bulb after a little rain. That’s how much they care about the details.
We also had some special instructions for Ross for the day of the wedding. Cold beers for the guys when they got ready, champagne for the girls, a specialty bottle for only the bride during the wedding, etc., he didn’t miss a thing. All the small detailed requests were met by Ross and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

We hired Perfect Pour for our wedding last month and were blown away by their bar service! The lead mixologist, Ross, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. While interviewing the other bar services on Maui it became clear that no one else had Ross’ passion for creating custom cocktails. When we shared our ideas-​he listened. Early on in the planning process it became clear that he really cared about making our event one to remember. When it came to the tasting it was as easy as ordering take out & having it delivered!
The Perfect Pour custom hand crafted bar is unlike any other on the island. It’s classy and created just the vibe we were looking for. Our guests raved about the drinks and the service. Every detail… from how to deal with the post ceremony «rush» to handmade garnishes for each drink… was carefully planned and flawlessly executed. I told Ross «perfection» doesn’t exist. His bar service comes damn close!
