This home has 2 levels each complete with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and bedrooms. Perfect for vacationing with extended family or friends! Main level features a ground level entrance with no stairs, a living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, wood burning fireplace, dining room that seats 12, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with queen size bed and private deck– perfect for two to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or star gaze before bedtime, second bedroom with full size bed and third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bathroom has laundry room included. Oversize deck on front of house provides plenty of room for all to enjoy eating out after barbecuing with gas grill. Lower level has a living room with flat screen TV and DVD player, kitchen/​dining area seats 6 and bathroom. Down stairs master bedroom (room 4) has a queen bed and 5^th bedroom has 2 twin beds (lower level living room couch opens to queen bed)

The Hideout is a 4 season community: within the community, you have access a ski hill with lift, snow tubing with tow bar, golf course, art center, full service restaurant and bar, outdoor pools in the summer, beaches & lakes, basket ball courts, tennis courts, several kids playground areas, stocked lakes for fishing as well as a boat launch. Rental includes amenity passes.

Established in 2007.

Pettinato Properties opened its doors with The PA Chalet 1, located in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates in 2007. We expanded to take on this property in 2013.
