An aggressive move by the previous supplier of the already well established and loved local coffee shop in Lake Bluff. Unnecessary and demonstrating all that is bad about corporate America.
Not needed by the village, seeing a good thing from their sales to the local guy, then coming in, able to take a loss for a while, while attempting to smother the competition.
Well Hansa, your coffee isn’t that good and the customer base in Lake Bluff is loyal to their truly local businesses. Apparently your customer service sucks in Libertyville so your going to have to try really hard to succeed.
Competition is always good, as it teaches a lesson to the loser. Good Luck you’ll need it, my support and that of many of the community is with what we have already.
I’ll come try your coffee and your place if you eventually open but why the heck do you have a Unilocal presence before your even here? When your actually open I’ll update the review, till then no matter how hard I try there’s no coffee in your shop.
