After dealing with this place 3 times I figured it gets 3 stars. The 1st time in this place I was so happy with the service and how helpful the staff was. Then the next time I came in they ran out of my paint and said my system down can’t help you so I went to Libertyville. They told me the system the same and its up never went down. Then Saturday I called to get more paint and the guy tells me no you never bought paint here. Really I think I would remember. After getting upset I just sent my husband in. It took the guy 20 minutes to find me in the system. He only found me with the help of the Libertyville location. I guess you can’t always get great service.
