Ordered a bouquet and paid the highest amount for them to get the best quality. Not only are they the wrong flowers, they are cheaply thrown together and are have very few flowers. And they are lilting. I am especially upset due to the fact they were for Mother’s Day and they offered to only fix the problem days after.
Not happy! Look at the difference between those photos. Guess which ones she actually got

The day before my friend’s wedding the florist announced she didn’t have two of the main flowers the bride wanted, flowers that matched the color scheme and style. What she got was a horribly mismatched arrangement that threw the color scheme out the window. My friend also asked for a wild, hippie look. That was also horribly managed. We ended up deconstructing the bouquets the florist added and the ones we made actually achieved the look my friend wanted, so the flowers were not completely unsalvageable. This florist is very unprofessional for not informing a bride about a major change in florals until the day before the wedding. Never again, learned our lesson.

I’ve used CC’s many times over the past decade and have always found them to be warmly professional and very good at what they do. I’ve lived all over the country and will call in orders for local relatives and friends and the very pleasant staff has managed to accommodate me, even when Ms CC isn’t around.
