History

Established in 1966.

The Sandrift Resort was established approximately 50 years ago. It wasn’t until the 1980’s when owners Larry and Sara decided to brighten up the outside of the buildings by painting them all peach. Thus, the Sandrift became know as «The Peach on the Beach». That name is still with us today.

Over the years the resort has gone through renovations and updates. The Sandrift has always prided itself on being a family friendly resort.

Meet the Business Owner

Linda A.

Business Owner

I own the resort along with my husband Chris. We are celebrating our eleventh year as owners of the Sandrift. We are no strangers to the hospitality industry. We have been in the Dells 25 years owning two resorts prior to buying the Sandrift. 75% of our guests are regulars. They have followed us from resort to resort. We look forward to seeing all our returning guests along with meeting and forming relationships with new guests.

In order to be in the hospitality industry you must enjoy people. We do! When you call to make a reservation you“ll speak only with me. I do all the bookings. I still do them just like I did 25 years ago, by hand! Be patient with me, I’m Old School !
