History

Established in 2009.

Founded in 2009 by Jarrod Whitehorn and Adam Clarke, Access Asset Management, Inc. has sought to command the rental landscape of Southwest Riverside County, with integrity, dedication, and a mindset to handle their clients homes as their own.

By 2010 Access had grown beyond 100 properties and with steady growth and strategies to cooperate with local owners and agents alike, Access was able to pass the 500 property milestone in 2015. Thanks to a loyal and steady customer base Access now employs nearly a dozen high quality professionals to service their portfolio.

Access continues to operate as an industry leader located in the heart of Riverside County bringing peace of mind, prosperity, and simplicity to investors as well as tenants throughout Riverside, Orange, North San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties.

Meet the Business Owner

Adam C.

Business Owner

As CEO and Leasing Director of Access, Adam is responsible for the company’s day-​to-​day-​operations and client relations. With a passion for improvement, an obsessive attention to detail, and the highest level of accountability, Adam co-​founded Access in 2009 with one goal, to be the very best in the industry.

Adam moved from Escondido to Lake Elsinore in 2001, at which point he began his professional journey, regularly working two to three jobs at a time in order to support his family, gain experience and advance himself into his ideal career path. Still as driven as ever, you’ll often find him working 12 to 14 hour days, six days a week, always striving for the enhancement of the company and the benefit of his clients.

When he’s not glued to his desk, Adam enjoys reading, dabbling in photography, crashing his drone, and spending quality time with his family; doting on his children or relaxing with his wife of nearly 12 years whom he credits with his success.
