History

Established in 2009.

Audio Video Specialists was officially established in 2009 on the heels of the economic down turn. Our management team got together and figured out a way that we could offer high quality home entertainment systems to fit any budget. It was our goal to flourish during the recession to prove that Surround Sound is not just for the rich and famous anymore. We have systems to fit any budget and any need. Our Management team has over 15 years experience in the industry and had a firsthand opportunity to learn the how and how not’s of running a business.

Business Owner

Having started in the industry with no experience Casey quickly worked his way up to role of project manager and was responsible for all the day to day activities such as client meetings, bidding and estimating, assisting in scheduling of installs and being taking responsibility for the onsite installation process. After the company had some financial hardships Casey went to work for a company who had been in the industry for almost 20 years, there he learned some valuable experience in regards to business longevity. He realized that there that he had a great opportunity to start a business and be successful. He took a leap of faith and opened Audio Video Specialists in 2009 with 1 goal… Customer Service. He prides himself on that fact 70% of his business is by customer referral.
