DO NOT use this business if you want your work completed properly or completed at all!!! This business has solicited repairs from my mother, an elderly woman living in a manufactured home, that have not been necessary and then done the repairs improperly causing the need for more repairs. They re-​piped a 5 year old home with copper pipes, really??? Copper shouldn’t even be used on manufactured homes, but besides that they did it improperly and caused a flood in her kitchen that warped her floor. She contacted them to fix her floor, as it was their shoddy repair that warped the floor in the first place and she has had nothing but a hassle with them since. Not only did it take them months of phone calls to get someone over here it has been two months now and counting since the first visit to fix the floor and it still isn’t done. Her kitchen appliances sat in the middle of her dining room for a week because they pulled up the damaged floor one day and it took them a week to return to work on it again. They couldn’t find the same flooring so they pulled up her laundry room floor to use it in the kitchen with the plan to lay a different floor in the laundry room. Well, her laundry room floor is now cement and has been for over three weeks!!! When she calls they give her excuses for why no one can come out and finish the job. I have called and they have an extremely unprofessional phone manner, no one seems to know what is going on it is a horrible experience dealing with this business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

I waited 3 weeks for a quote from these guys and got nothing! I made several calls and no one called back. They told me on two different phone calls they were sending the quote Or that they would get back to me. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Clearly there is no competence.

Over the last year and a half, California Mobile Home Services has done a great deal of work for us. The first work they did was re-​plumbing the entire house. I called them right out of the phone book about what I thought was one leak. Skeptic that I am, and an extreme handy man’s daughter, I watched as they brought out all the old, original plumbing (close to 30 years old). Lo and behold, there were MANY, MANY stress leaks visible all over the pipes. We have very hard water, so you could see that the leaking had been going on for a long time by the hard water scale build up. They had to tear out all the wet insulation under the house and leave the crawl space cover open for a few days to let everything dry out. They even nailed screening down over the opening to keep critters from getting in. Since then, we’ve had all the windows replaced, repairs done to the siding, the outside painted, plus much more. They’ve always been prompt returning calls and scheduling the work. They show up when promise and the work is completed as scheduled. All of their employees have been friendly and courteous. Their prices are very reasonable. They explain the work they will be doing plainly and with great detail. After the first work they did for us, I didn’t bother getting estimates from other companies. We saved an amazing amount just on the windows alone, judging from for local ads I saw. They’ve also been great about follow up to inspect repairs every few months to be sure everything is still ok. Lately, I’ve been getting calls from another local company, wanting to come out and check repairs «for manufacturer warranty purposes». I keep telling them I don’t know who they are, I’ve never had them do repairs for us and to stop calling. Maybe this is the person mentioned in Desta T’s review. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any repairs we need in the future, or to recommend them. It’s good to find honest, ethical, hardworking people you can rely on.

They assume you are a demented clueless senior citizen and they are only after your money. Did nothing and I mean NOTHING to level my mobile [recently confirmed]. Months later they’ll pester you on the phone saying they will come out and re-​check and adjust everything. Yeah. If you ask, you’ll find out, that ain’t a free trip!
Do yourself a big favor. Just avoid this outfit. And btw, whoever you hire to level your home, buy a zip up suit (about $ 14 at Home Depot) and you or some other trusty person go UNDER THERE and STAY THERE to make sure they do what they said they will. These clowns assume you’ll never go under that house. Fool ‘em!

These folks were advertised in my mobile home park newsletter. We needed a new roof on our mobile home. After trying a few others searching for bids, I decided to see what their price was for this service. The estimate was free and I said give em a try. They arrived on time exactly when they said. After many many questions by me (you should have a list, ESPECIALLY for contractors) their bid was nearly 20 – 25 percent lower than the others. I selected them to do the work and gave them a 10 percent deposit They arrived on time and promptly when they said they would. The roofers were extremely professional, very courteous and quick. (From other jobs witnessed by me in my park these usually take two days– ours was done in under one day) I observed most of the procedure and it was performed above my expectations. They offer senior discounts and do much more than just roofs. I think they serve five counties in So CA. I would recommend them for roofs at least. They do have a CA contractor’s license and I looked it up also and is as follows, CA LIc #793 750 B & C47
