Collision pros took care of me and my car! Loved their friendly service! They kept me up to speed on the status of my car and it made me really happy! Thank you Collision Pros!

I brought my 2007 Acura TSX in because I had pulled the fender off of the car when backing out of a space. I had some dings on my fender and bumper from previous run-​ins so I wanted to get both repaired and repainted. Ralph was my primary contact through the repair — incredibly helpful and friendly. When I brought it in on a Thursday, I explained I needed it on Saturday as I had a job I had to get to. In the process of making the repair, they found a crack in my bumper which meant the repair was not going to be complete by the end of Friday. I was pretty upset by this, but they offered to pay for a day of a car rental. When I came in to pick up the car on Monday, I found via inspecting the bumper there were 2 visible nicks in the paint. I wasn’t happy about this, so I asked them to repaint the bumper, which they did, as they had missed the marks. So my car was fully ready by Tuesday.
Obviously the repair took longer than anticipated, but I’m giving them 5 stars because they made every effort to accommodate me during the delay. Ralph was communicative and friendly through the entire process. I also saved a lot of money because they were able to re-​use both the bumper and the fender, even once they discovered the crack, and I also got the 10% Unilocal deal for the repair. They also cleaned my car, even the interior, prior to me picking it up. Overall I would recommend Collision Pros without reservation!

I know this body shop has a 5 star rating, but this is not a 5 star body shop. first of all my brand new car that I only owned for 24 hours was hit by a tree. we called Collison pros and asked them if they were contracted with state farm, they said yes and come to find out the owner lied and they are not contracted, more than likely they just wanted the $$$… we get the car back 2 weeks later and there is still work that needs to be done!!! I have a list of things that were missed. paint job looks cheap, looks like someone bumped into the paint and said «oops» and walked away. my right taillight is cracked which is from the accident and that was not fixed, they left stains on my new car seats and my seatbelts, the doors had a white powder all over them so obviously it was cleaned up after it was «finished» like I said I have a list and I’m very disappointed in this company. Now I need it fixed, and I have to have a rental car for probably another 2 week inconvenience… Please make sure your insurance is contracted with these companies before you commit to getting your car fixed…

I was recently involved in an accident that damaged the front and back of my husbands car. I brought my car to them once before with my own car and they took great care of me! The guys at this shop made my husbands car look brand new fresh off the lot! And not only that but they have wonderful customer service and they are very down to earth! I’ve always recommended this place to friends and will continue to send them referrals! Thanks guys!

All I can say, these guys treated me very well from day 1! I got my front fixed from an accident and everything looked great when they finished my jeep! They called my insurance for me and everything went sooth sailing from there! Thank you guys for the excellent service! I don’t want to say I want to come back cause of what happened to my jeep, but (knock on wood), if need be again! I would definitely take it back here to these guys! Thanks again!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews about businesses good or bad.
But I’m definitely making an exception with Collision Pros.
This is about a «One Owner (My Momma’s car), 1990 Chevy Caprice Classic with 86,000 original miles on it and is is a cream puff inside and out except for the paint.
This desert heat/​sun had done a number on the original paint. It runs like a top so I decided it was time for a new paint job.
A friend of mine had Kevin (Owner of CP), put all new paint on his 94 Buick and I was quite impressed with the job they did. The old paint on his car was literally peeling off the car. Naturally he recommended I take the car to Kevin’s Collision Pros Auto Body and Paint in Lake Elsinore.
A fair price, a beautiful paint job and my mom’s 23 year old Caprice Classic looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. AND… I had them tint the windows, and they did a beautiful job on those too.
Thanks to all the crew at Collision Pros I’ll have this car for another 23 years.

These guys are amazing! great customer service. really made me feel comfortable. i came here after an accident, to have my back bumper replaced. i was still a little shaken up and didn’t know what to do next. they took me in, told me everything would be taken care of. i gave them the claim info and they took care of the rest. they called the insurance company and got the quote taken care of. then called the rental company to pick me up. they even helped me transfer my stuff in to the new car. they worked fast and when i got my car back it looked as good as new. i couldn’t have had a better experience. they really care adout there customers. i will recommend them to everyone i know.

Had my front bumper fixed and painted. The guys in the office are super friendly and courteous. My car came out beautifully! I asked for a few quotes on other jobs and they were very reasonable — I will be referring and using them in the future!

I took my 2011 Challenger SRT8 392 in to Collision Pros have the sticker stripes removed and repainted.
I will breakdown the experience in the phases one can expect for such a service.
Initial Call: The phone was answered by a human and I was greeted professionally. I described my desires and was invited to bring the car in for a quote «anytime.»
The Quote: I took them on their word about «anytime» and brought the car in and I was immediately helped. I was presented a massive amount of paint selection books to choose from for a color and once I picked my color, I received an immediate and comprehensive quote. The quote was valid for 60 days.
The Delivery: I decided the next day to have Collision Pros do the work and they had the job complete on the day promised.
The Results: I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of work I received from Collision Pros. The entire team I met seemed to take pride in working on my car and I was always met with professionalism.
I intend to restore an old muscle car and I will be using Collision Pros for the body and paint work.
