H&R Block

I have had my taxes done here for years. The staff, particularly Marilyn and Lori provide value-​added customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and give valuable advise for the following year.
I have checked around and compared various tax preparers cost and found H & R Block to be highly competitive. This store has decades of combined experience, not to mention because of their expertise I have never been audited.
I would not hesitate to have my taxes prepared by any staff member at this office.
If you are thinking about having your neighbor or an independent accountant prepare your taxes, think twice. Will they be there down the road if you are audited or other issues come up during the year?
By giving me information last year on how to avoid owing additional taxes I actually received a refund this year from both the Fed and State thanks to Marilyn and Lori at the Lake Elsinore store.

I always get my taxes done here by Lori and she does an awesome job. The people are very friendly and accurate. I have never had any issues with them and I trust them.
