Went to resolve an issue with my phone on New Years Eve. The sign on the door said they were open till 5pm and I got there at 4:20 to find the door locked. I rattled it and saw some employees inside, one came to the door and said their computers were down (lie). She told me to come back. I will and I’m filing a complaint!

I really wish the employees were nicer at this location. Now i have to drive a couple miles baway to get help with my phones. I walked in and was ignored for quite sometime, then was willing to buy a new phone, but just wanted to know if my phone could be fixed. The lady said, sorry i cant help you, everyone has problems with that phone. Then she kept speaking spanish to another employee and ttold me to go to another store. I noticed when i left it was fifteen min to closing… wonder if thats why she didnt want to help me.
