Recently moved all the way out here in Lake Elsinore from L.A. & I gotta say that everything in this city is by far less exciting. But K&N Nails proved to be the benefit of the doubt. Found this place yesterday on Unilocal when I was craving to get a manicure/​pedicure since I haven’t had one in months! I had decided to bring my sister with me since she’s never had one done. And I gotta say we both had very pleasant experiences! Their place was really clean, organized, and cool (despite the 100 degree weather outside.) They sat us on comfy massage chairs while they worked on our toenails; our pedicures were done neat & quickly. Shortly after, they moved to our fingernails & I was impressed at how precise & pretty our manicures turned out to be. A big thank you to Steven & Jenny for the enjoyable experience of blessing us with beautiful nails. They’re super nice & funny. We’ll definitely be back again!

Came to this place with high expectations…$ 5 for French? And this is my French. (See picture) shoot, I understand I have ugly toenails but I think they could have given a little more effort. My whole spa pedicure lasted 19 minutes. My nails are nice, however she was very persistent on upselling me to gel… for the third time, I don’t want gel!!! They were very nice, however I don’t think I will patronize them in the future with this pedicure and the aggressive sales tactics.

First time trying this shop. Recently moved to Lake Elsinore. I found the place to be clean and neat. My pedi was so so, the quickest pedi ever! I think the guy that did it barely touch my cuticles. My mani was better. I think Natalie did it. She was nice, talkative and I was impressed by the fact that she noticed I had glitter on one of my nails, so she asked me if I wanted a little glitter design which was nice. She did a good job! I will be back.
Second time and I have to give it the full five stars!
Linda did my pedi and she did a very good job. Natalie did my gel manicure and I truly appreciate her enthusiasm and her input with the design and color I chose. I think I found my nail salon in Lake Elsinore! So happy!

Watch out for the «special». It’s posted vividly in the window, with tiny small print under the sign saying m-​w. I asked for the special and they agreed, but when it was time to pay they said it was 35 total. Just kind of sucks that every time I’ve gone here the price is never what I’m told it is going to be and I always end up paying more.

Their whole staff is so friendly and nice. I came in without an appointment and only waited a few minutes. The woman doing my toes was very sweet and funny, it was very relaxing my legs feel so smooth. It didn’t take very long at all and it looks perfect. I asked for cherry blossoms and she gave me extra details that really put the whole look together and it looked adorable even though I have really short toes. All together after getting a pedi with the scrub and warm lotion, French tips, and cherry blossoms it came out to $ 35 which I think is very reasonable for how great she did. I would recommend this to anyone with short toes like mine or just looking to relax I had a great time.

Friendly, however they don’t do the best job when it comes to acrylic. Mimi did my nails and she did a very sloppy job I had acrylic all over my fingers and uneven. She seemed like she was in a rush to get the job done and even cut me a few times. Needless to say I won’t be back.

I’m new to the area, and I needed a new set real bad! I checked on Unilocal and found this place and saw the awesome reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I got a full set and a pedicure: $ 54 total; let me tell you: I don’t know the guys name who did my nails but he was awesome ! Great timing, awesome personality and great service! I would fully recommend this place and him to anyone. He sat at the first table right in front and told me he was always there! [i wish I could remember his name :(]

Tried this place a couple of months ago. Just forgot to post a review. I really liked the service that I received. I came in for a full set and they did an amazing job. Cleaned up nicely and left me with no pain. Lol. I love that they were all very friendly and made a lot of jokes. Made the time go a little bit faster.
The ambience was nice. Well lit. They had a television propped up on one of the walls and had magazines laid out along the tables. The only thing that I might suggest is having music playing. Even if it’s softly played. It gets kinda awkward when the conversation stops and there’s no other sound there.
Other than that, I love this place! Definitely returning!

I LOVE this nail shop! It is always so clean… they actually clean their tools, use new sets of them, and have protective coverings for their spa pedicure bowls!
It’s a very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone who works there are super friendly with warm personalities. They don’t try to take everyone while they’re busy to make an extra dollar; they will let you know how long it will take and you choose if you can stay or come back (no pressure)
Mimi does my nails and they always turn out great! My nails have either lifted or broken off from other places that I have gone to, but not here! They actually stay on!
Their pedicures are great too! Who doesn’t like a relaxing foot massage and nice looking toes?! They take their time on your feet and it feels so nice! And of course they always look beautiful when finished.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give this nail salon a try. I called ahead and requested for Mimi to do my nails as everyone suggested.
Mimi was friendly, until she started ranting about an employee she had to fire the night before. She went on to tell me how they have had to change the name of this salon from Lake Nails, because of all the bad reviews and repertoire. As she continued, her demeanor changed towards me, and she aggressively finished my gel mani in a hurry. The pedicure was okay, but I could still see through the polish, and my cuticles were not completely trimmed.
After much thought, I decided to kindly ask Mimi to remove the gel mani, as the quality of work just wasn’t there. It was more embarrassing than what my natural nails had looked like prior to coming in. Needless to say, the removal process involved a lot of unnecessary and painful scraping, comments that it’s my nails that made it look so bad, and complaints in Vietnamese. I posted photos of her work.

My mom and i love this salon! Mimi is awesome and is so sweet. She does the most beautiful nails and has such creative ideas. We just tell her to do whatever she thinks will look good and she comes up with the cutest stuff. Steven is great too he has done my moms fills a couple of times. This is the only salon we will go to now because everything is so clean, the staff is awesome, and you get good quality nails. Definitely give Mimi a try!

I love this nail salon! Mimi is the best! She is very creative & always has cute & fun ideas for my nails. I’m a hairstylist & have had problems in the past with nails staying on, but since I’ve been going to Mimi I haven’t had not 1 nail lift or come off.
Everyone at this salon is very friendly & welcoming. It is also very clean. Every time I’ve been there I can see they follow all sanitary protocol. I like that they put liners in their pedicure baths & all their tools are sanitized properly.
I’m really happy with this salon. I’ve had only good experiences here & am so glad I found them.
