All I wanted to do was order tile, wood flooring and was going to do the install (as I’ve done throughout my house with order supplied from home depot) .
This company was terrible at handling the order (placed it twice because they misplaced the first order which also had my personal info on it), then the order was for the wrong color… I could go on but i’m only writing this in hopes you take it seriously. In brief, SO much waiting, even when they scheduled times to deliver. The order came in on a Tuesday, didn’t get a call, I inquired on Friday and was told a sob story and that they would not be able to drop it off but I could pick it up. So I drove from Temecula to Elsinore, 15 min prior to our scheduled meeting. waited for 45 min and left. 1.5 hrs late i get a call saying sorry I’m late, but it here if you want to come get it. the nightmare continued all the way to them saying they would install 1 tile floor and 1 wood floor. The tile floor install is so bad I am thinking about ripping it out. anyhow this company already took too much of my time so in closing, find a different company.
This was the worst experience regarding home improvement.

So love our new vintage oak laminate floor installed by KC Floors and More. The guys who installed our flooring were hard workers and had good attitudes. We highly recommend them. They are about an hour from our location but I would gladly choose them again when we are able to have new carpet installed!
