Lake Park RV Resort & Motel

i have lived here for 3yrs with my dog, We loved here. judy, linda, christine and staff are great.

I was searching for a temporary place for my new coach and was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this RV resort. It was clean and a very friendly person named Kristen helped me to get comfortable since I’m new to RV life. She was tremendously helpful in providing information and support for us. Her helpful attitude and friendly professional personality made me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be coming back on my next trip. Highly recommended to stay here. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Would not recommend this park stayed there for awhile and the office manager Judy was very rude and I actually witnessed her antagonising tenants standing in the road outside the space of a tenant and screaming. Very uncomfortable to watch

I made the mistake of thinking this was the resort I previously talked to, about my husband and I renting a space (we are new full timers) the person I talked to originally owned the park further down grand, anyway I spoke with them they said that they would look the other way cause I am bringing 3 INSIDE cats with us.
So lets fast forward to Monday, my husband and I come bouncing in, and Judy asked what yr rig we where thinking of buying, my husband mistakenly said 1983, then she lite into him saying we DO NOT allow any rigs older than 10 yrs, and proceeded to be VERY rude, when my husband said sorry it is a 2004, he got another lecture, anyway I asked about cats and I told her we had three OMG, her head spun around and she proceeded to read me the rite act, then she said AND YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY PARKS AROUND HERE THAT WILL ALLOW 3 cats.
As you can imagine I was taken aback never has anyone spewed this much anger l in my direction EVER , so I tried to remove myself from the area, and as we left she was still talking to use about cats,
I understand they have rules, but it would not be so bad to talk nicly and exsplain the rules, especially to newbies, I am just saying.
What I would recommend for anyone wishing to stay have a pristine rig and two animals then you can avoid her rudeness, to bad because it didn’t look like a bad place.
P. S. I found the park I originally talked to, They where very nice and said they would accommodate me and my cats lol.

We had to stay here with several other powerline workers from May to November. We all live in 5^th wheels. It’s an ok park. No one bothers anyone, but our electric bills was always $ 500 a month plus $ 575 rent. All my friends had $ 500 plus electric bills. I lived in a 4 bedroom home and never had an electric bill that high. We asked employees, but they never had an answer. Other than that their employee Judy in the front office is the sweetest lady you can ever meet. Oh and Kids cannot use skateboard, four wheelers, scooters, bikes in the park. And no play ground for the kids. No swimming allowed in the Lake

First let me start with the women in the office are rude and use vulgar language, in front of my little girls! When I asked about staying, she asked about the year of our RV
(Its an 84… but in perfect condition and a new paint job) she replied oh we don’t take anything over 10 years old. I asked about one of the many old ones she had there and she responded that they were trying to get that eyesore out of there! This place is by no means beautiful or impressive the only reason we went there was because of the pool. The language was enuff for me to leave! Talk about trashy people! We just went down the street to another and had our RV brought to us. I should drive by that RV place and let her see it. (Won’t waste my time) so if anyone is looking for a RV park any of the others are nice, even nicer and there is a pool at the high school across the street for $ 2 each person.
