Very poor customer service! Fridge went out so I decided to go here to try to buy on there 90 day same as cash! They were gracious enough to deliver a fridge that night but delivered a extremely damaged fridge they expected me to pay $ 1500 for so I decided to go to the Sears outlet bought one that barely had two tiny dings on the door for $ 1069! I call rent a center to pick up their fridge on Thursday they tell me soonest pick up Saturday of course charge me a couple extra days! My pick up window is from 1 – 6 I’m here all day I tell them! Saturday comes it reaches 5:30 I call to make sure they are still coming they tell me they are going to call the driver and call me back! I call back an hour later knowing they close at 7 assured me they are coming! Hmmm they never came no phone call no reason and of course they are closed and not open Sunday’s! Thief’s I tell you! Leave me with the fridge so you can continue to charge me! Very unhappy with this place and won’t be renting from them again!

Very poor customer service. I had one payment left on my tv I bought there, and instead of calling they sent someone to my house to collect it. Then after paying on a smaller tv for all but $ 90.00 I had to have them hold it for me till I was able to pay it off, which is what they offer. But when I went to redeem it and pay the $ 90.00 I was told it was no longer there and I could get one with the same value but pay $ 390.00, instead of the $ 90.00. I told the manager the girl I spoke to on the phone confirmed that I only had to pay the $ 90.00 He said that was incorrect, and she was even there and he didn’t ask her anything. I told him they advertise about holding the product for you, he said he could not honor that. I walked out…

I went in today because my refrigerator decided to die on me. I called before I went in I called and spoke to Frank to find out what I needed because I have never used the service before. Frank and his associate Jose were both very polite and answered all my questions and assured me that we could get the unit delivered today before the end of the day. I went in at 1pm and was done within a half hour.
They were pretty busy but never acted like my business wasn’t important. As promised my unit was derived at 6pm and the delivery man even hooked up the water hose for me. (I can’t remember the name of the delivery guy… sorry) but he was an absolute pleasure and the delivery went very smooth. So far I am very impressed with their customer service and the product that I received.

This place has poor customer service especially customer service over the phone didn’t really know information correctly had me on hold for about 45 minutes wasn’t able to speak to the manager there customer service representative was very rude disrespectful I went into get a laptop and a couple other appliances waited for a whole game they were supposed to call me back an hour did not call me back an hour to be a receipt or decide to call back to see what’s going on in general they are very rude and poor customer service
