I agree with Mark! These guys act like they are doing you a favor by renting you storage unit. I think that they forgot who the customer is! their business hours seem to be only for their own convenience, not the customer. Whoever heard of closing at noon the day before Thanksgiving, or any other holiday for that matter. then they have the audacity to charge a $ 20 convenience fee, but won’t give you a receipt for it. I would highly discourage anyone from renting from them. There is another storage right next door!

This place is horrible. The manager Carolyn is extremely rude. Does not return phone calls as promised. Once you get a hold of her she puts you on hold and then hangs up on you. I will never give them another dime of my money and highly recommend anyone looking does not either.
