rented a boom lift and it was the best deal in the area. I called around to every rental place around and they were far and away the best price. We got the lift and halfway through the job it got a diesel leak and so we had to quit early. When we told them what happened, they brought out another lift to replace and let us finish off the job (a whole other day of rental!) at no extra charge. Needless to say I am very happy with their customer service and will for sure be coming back when I need to rent other equipment.

I thought I’d give them a try since they’re own by All access and my job deals with them. I rented a tow dolly and it seemed like the guy that helped me was new or just did not know what he was doing. I rented the dolly and drove off but once i was about to load up the car, one of the arm bolts were missing and the other arm’s bolt was loose and about to fall off so I put one in. I know most of the weight is in the middle but come on I thought these are inspected. When I returned it I informed The new guy about the missing bolts and he just said ok and didn’t pay much attention. I rented it for 2 hrs which would be $ 30 and was charged for a day $ 55. I’m giving them 3 stars because it got my car from point A to B.

So glad this place is under new management. This family owned place is perfect and quaint. And they really do rent out EVERYTHING. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Havent had a bad experience there yet! Keep up the great work!

We had been looking for a place in lake elsinore to rent a Uhaul and came cross this place (after 5 other «Uhaul» stores) and were finally able to rent a Uhaul. The service was great and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone! So if you are in this area I would definitely pick this place over any others around here.

Another great experience at this well run equipment rental yard. After being treated bad by a large rental company its nice to see good old fashion customer service from a locally run business who cared about my feeling and needs, they took the time to show and explain how it all worked. Great company can’t wait to go back for my next project.

excellent service. I need to rent a mini bobcat, they delivered and showed me how to work it. lots of fun :), rented a dump trailer from them also. they just have excellent service unlike their competitor off Riverside Dr. they treated me like crap, think it was because I was a chick wanting to rent a mini bobcat. I will never rent anything from them. Village has my business. thank you

Great place to rent equipment. I’ve never had a problem with them owner is very nice and understanding. I’ve been renting here for years and will never rent anywhere else. Other rental yards in the area don’t compare. Kitty G. must have been on something when she rented to piss off the owner. Think she needs to use spell check.

Awesome rates!!! Not only are the rates great but the service provided was great. They are very friendly and helpful. My husband and I were doing a paving a project in our backyard. They gave us tips on working the equipment we rented and also on our project.

Awful! 1 star and «awful» rating would be a step up! Ist time I rented equipment & it didn’t work. Wasted a day with it, called them said it works but no, POS it didn’t work. thank goodness gave my $ back. Then another time I tried Village again and I rented a (crappy) trailer. They have a lot of old, tired equipment that they’ve painted aqua. Defensive when I complained about old equipment. The worker there was very nice & helpful but they have to go with what the owner /​manager says. The owner/​manager– uncooperative, lousy customer service, old, decapitated equipment, attitude up the ying-​yang! Unfortunately Unilocal doesn’t offer an option for a «0» for a rating. If you’re in Lake Elsinore, then I’ve never had a problem with Elsinore Valley Rental on Fraser or even with U Haul on Mission Trail. Sorry, hate to do it (post a bad rating, but you didn’t give me much choice. Just being honest.

Great place to rent equipment. I rented a backhoe and it was in great shape and did the job
