Lilly is amazing! I called and booked an appointment with Lily because of all the good reviews, and I understand why she has so many. I booked an appointment for 12 and was seen right on the dot, no wait time. She was very sweet and understood exactly what I wanted. I am a very picky person when it comes to who cuts my hair, because it is naturally very curly and I need a dry cut/​style. She did amazing, I got my bangs back and the layers look great. I have found my new hair lady!

Not only is it a great place to get your nails done for a very reasonable price, they are the sweetest people ever! I have been coming here for years and it is because of their personalities. They truly care about you.

Fantastic place. Lily has cut my hair a few times and does a great job. Today I went in for something fun, wanted a red ombré color. I got exactly what I wanted, and it looks as awesome as I had hoped it would. Such nice ladies that are very happy to help me look beautiful. Also, super affordable!!! I am one ecstatic lady.

Lily is the BEST! I went to her for the first time today for a haircut and couldn’t be happier. I have naturally blonde hair and there are many ways my haircuts can and have gone wrong. Blonde shows *every* mistake. In fact, it’s been years since anyone has really gotten it right. It’s usually too blunt or too layered. But Lily cut it PERFECTLY. Just the right amount of layering so it looks really natural. She kept it long but it’s healthy and bouncy and easy to style.
I also get really anxious with haircuts because of so many bad experiences in the past but she put me at ease right away.

First time attempting to get a cut at this place. The minute I walked in the lady looked me up and down and then asked me what I wanted like I was doing something wrong. So weird. I Simply said I’d like a hair cut and she said «oh it looks like we’re busy right now» and turned back to cutting hair. amazing

Love this place! Lily has been doing my hair for years, and my boys get their longer hair cut by Lily also. Dina and Lily are super friendly, call their customers by their first name, and always make their customers feel warm and welcomed.

I was looking for a new salon to get my hair cut since I have been unhappy with the salons in the Irvine, Ca area. I googled ‘salons near me’ and Advantage Salon came up. It wasn’t the closest but after checking them out on Unilocal I thought I would give them a try. I had nothing to lose except losing the unwanted length of my hair. I figured if the reviews were wrong it would grow back. LOL
My appointment was for the next morning with Deanna. I got to the salon early because I wasn’t sure where it was located and I was worried out the horrid Orange County traffic. My lucky day… salon was in a good location easy to find and the traffic was lighter than normal.
When I first walked in I was a little taken back because there is nothing special décor wise in the salon. But it all changed when I saw how the ladies were interacting with their clients. It was so welcoming. Two little toddler boys came in with their grandparents and they were treated like royalty. I could tell they were repeat customers.
My appointment was with Deana. OMGosh she is wonderful. She was so warm & welcoming and made me feel like we were old friends. To the important part… my cut. She is the first beautician to ever look at the pictures I brought and to truly listen to what I wanted. My cut is perfect. She understood what I wanted and what my hair needed. She explained everything to me.

Deanna has cut and colored my hair for over 10 years. She does a fantastic job on both! She is truly an amazing colorist, her weaves are soooo good! They also do a great job with waxing and facials. A real full service salon. Their pricing is so reasonable, a really great value!!! I highly recommend this salon, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great place for a haircut. I stopped by here one day on my way home from the gym, in desperate need of a haircut. Lily did a great job and I have been a regular ever since.
