I have been using this Allstate office for 36 years, and I was somewhat worried when Andrea came in and took it over a few years ago. However my fears were quickly overcome by Andrea’s personal and amazing service. She has consistently gone out of her way to respond whenever I have a question; she has spent so much time working with me on making sure all of our policies were at the best possible rate, etc etc. I could go on and on but one thing is for sure: I will never leave this office as long as Andrea is there. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had recently relocated to Lake Forest from Kansas City and saw this Allstate office. Thinking the transfers of
My 3 vehicles and apartment would be easier and since I sincerely appreciated the help and costs from my former Allstate company, thought this would be the way to go. Needless to say I made and appointment asked if this was the best price and was told yes and our staff is always here to help! I paid all for contracts in full and was confident I had mad a good decision next project! Off to the DMV and, seeing the line though let see what services AAA can provide me, after asking about license and registrations I also asked if I might talk to an insurance representative after speaking with New Aaa agent I will only say that Andrea’s Allstate office over charged me almost $ 5,000 dollars, I changed my insurance to AAA that minute and returned to Andrea’s office to cancel and literally told them of my disgust and disappointment as how I was treated and over charged note the girl at the desk near door had all my cancelled and reinsurance policy’s and wouldn’t you know they lost it and I received refunds on 3 of the 4 excluding the largest refund owed back on my truck. After faxing the above information again this check finally arrived. I suggest Andrea lose her license and is held financially responsible. Oh and when initially returning to her office to cancel these policies she was of the demure that stealing $ 5000 was ok and gave the eyes like oops this one caught me!!!
