I learned a lot about water heaters over the last couple of days and one-​to-​many cold shower. Having a GE branded water heater the pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. After a call to the GE 800# I was told the defective part would be shipped next day air. When I checked the following morning — not only no part, it was back ordered with no date for when it would be available. To their credit they did offer a replacement water heater, as long as I could get my old one to Home Depot. Bottom line, this morning (Sunday) I finally had the water heater in the back of my car (volvo wagon) and had found a plumber willing to be at my home on a Sunday morning. I had heard about Art from some other business clients of mine and boy were they right! He showed-​up on time, went right to work, offered some timely advice and had the unit installed and working within an hour. Great service at a great price. Thanks Art!
