I really can’t say enough about this company, I’d give them 6 stars if I could!
We have a Noritz tankless that been running great for 7 years, but last week it stopped working all together. It was leaking quite a bit from the unit and I just naturally assumed everything would be out of warranty and I’d probably be forced to buy a new one.
I called around town but all the plumbers I talked to said they’d have to look at it and try to diagnose it, but Noritz units aren’t fixable and they would just install a new one.
Then after a bunch of calls and frustration I found ‘At House Plumbing’ through the Noritz website as a recommended installer. I called and spoke to Hiro, who turned out to be our true HERO! He immediately knew what was wrong with it over the phone and said he’d send someone out in 30 minutes and that it was even probably covered by the warranty!
30 minutes later the tech/​installer Kevin showed up and confirmed the problem which was the heat exchanger. He called Noritz for me and had them send out the part next day to my house no charge. Hiro even called me that night to check if the part had arrived. What service!
The next day Kevin came back to install the new part, which he did in about an hour. Now we have hot water again and basically a new unit, as the part that was replaced is the main part.
I don’t think this company does much plumbing other than tankless, but in the tankless world they are EXPERTS! I would highly, highly recommend this honest, clean and fast company.

At house did a great job on my rinnai tankless unit. They came out on time, inspected the unit, ordered the part and installed the part. After the installation they asked for payment which I was happy to pay. They were fair, honest, reasonable and reliable. not much more I can ask for. Well done AT house, I would recommend you to anyone…

I called them last night to repair a demand water heater that was spraying water all over my garage.
He called me back first thing this morning, came by the house and approximately 11 o’clock, repaired the unit and went on their way. Kevin was our technician, he was knowledgeable polite and did a great job!

My Rinnai Tankless has been acting up. I called a place, from the Rinnai website, that was closer to home and never heard from them at all. Called a second group of Tankless Experts, never heard from them again.
Called AT House and I had a repairman show up the next day at a time that was promised. Hopefully this will end my cold showers — I will use them again in the future. Koji was respectful of my home and me. Some of these places only want to sell you the system — not be bothered by repair, that is what I am guessing.

Just had our Rinnai water heater serviced by At House. They had to order the part, and came out the same day they received it to do the repair. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly and for the quoted price. Highly recommended!

Koji is a real pro. He arrived quickly worked with us to get the correct instant hot water heater that was in our budget (you never plan for old water heater to break). He even came back at a later to install an extra ‘protection’ tank and only charged for the materials. Highly recommend.
