I was in the market for a new car. My goal was to sell my 2008 Honda Civic for as much as possible and then put it toward my new car and I had no idea where to start. Car buying is pretty intimidating, and nobody has the time for the drama of dealing with a sales person. Also, going from dealership to dealership was taking a toll on me, it felt like a part time job, not to mention the amount of emails, texts, & phone calls from sales people after visiting giving me an even better deal then what they swore was the «last offer» when I was at the dealership. FINALLY, after an exhaustive search I found these guys and the Unilocal reviews motivated me to use them. It wasn’t an easy trust since I’d already been dealing with car salesmen (yes they were all men) that had been less than honest or forthright. When I spoke to Blake, he assured me that I wasn’t paying a dime for their service. He asked me what I was looking for, and got back to me within a couple of days with car options — lower than what I had been getting. I changed my mind on a few things here and there, and he was very accommodating. He also had me take my car to CARMAX for an appraisal and told me that he would get me $ 500 more than the appraisal amount. So we finally agreed on a car/​price and then I took my car to meet his guy that would buy it from me for the higher value. What I didn’t know was that I should have reported any dents and scrapes, or any body work done to the car (total novice here). So the guy buying my car wouldn’t offer me the agreed upon $ 500 as he said the car didn’t appear in person as it did on photos — fair enough — I just wish I had thought of that before setting my expectations on the amount. Perhaps, next time these guys negotiate a car sale they can tell their clients that — simple oversight so no big deal. I did end up getting a bit more than CARMAX quoted for my car though — and the guy came and picked it up from me while I was out, and drove me home (great service). The next day Blake had my car delivered to my house by the Keyes Lexus car dealership sales person. Here is where I do wish a couple of things happened –they are PETTY but I feel led to share:
1. I wish I had known that the sales guy was going to put 87 miles on my car driving it to me from Keyes Lexus — just something about driving a car off the lot with less than 10 miles
2. I wish Blake was present when I signed the paperwork to ensure all was legit — as I didn’t know the sales person at all and I have no idea what this guy is having me sign given the paperwork is EXTENSIVE. The Keyes sales guy even asked Blake if he wanted to go over the financials with me but he declined saying the sales guy was ok to do it, and then he went outside. GOOD NEWS — the paper work was fine I guess I just needed a bit of reassurance as it was a big purchase for me
I am still giving these guys a 5 because they handled the most important things — getting me my car within my budget, below invoice for sure, getting me more money for my Honda, and not charging me a rate. These are good, salt of the earth guys, and I trust them. If you’re looking for a car and don’t want to deal with the hassle, work with them — they are GREAT!

After years of getting absolutely horrible deals on cars, I finally decided to give a car broker service a try. After looking through Unilocal,I picked the guys at Below Invoice because they had great reviews from customers and they seemed like chill guys from the pictures.
I was NOT disappointed in letting these guys get a great deal on a car for me. In fact, I was more than pleased, even surprised at the awesome deal they got me on a brand new Lexus, NX F-​Sport. I worked mainly with Johnny and sometimes with Cole who right of the bat nailed a great deal for me. A little bit of tweaking and they got it to be even sweeter.
My choice of interior and exterior color combo wasn’t exactly the easiest to find. These guys hunted the combo down and found it on a ship heading to port. They put a hold on the car before the ship even docked, and a few days later I had my car. They even offered to give me a great deal on tint which is a service they also provide, along with car wraps and powder coating.
I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to get a great deal on your new car. They specialize in Luxury vehicles (but will do non-​luxury as well). If you’re in the market to buy a new vehicle and don’t want to deal with the hassle of going to the dealership, and wasting your time haggling with a salesperson, then these are your go-​to guys. Best of all, their service is completely FREE.

I will preface this by saying that this was my first time buying a car on my own. I was obviously overwhelmed and slightly hesitant about my impending appointment with a sharky car salesman. I had to go through 2 dealerships, countless pushy phone calls, and overly aggressive sales pitches for me to finally come to the realization that going through a dealership just was not for me. I googled and Unilocaled car brokers and found Below Invoice. I saw soo so soo many great reviews from clients raving about Cole… and since my name is Nicole… I felt it was meant to be. so I gave him a call.
My first conversation went smoothly; he was friendly and polite, asked me what kind of car I wanted, details.features.etc. He was so great at helping me fill out the credit app (it was my first time) and answered all questions I had. Cole was even able to get me the lowest price for the car even without me having to drive to his office and negotiate for hours. We spoke on the phone a handful of times, texted back and forth, and within a week later… I had a brand new Lexus IS 200t in my driveway. I cannot express enough how easy and un-​intimidating this whole process was.
My mother’s lease is up in 9 months and my sister is also planning on getting a within the next year, and both will be going through Cole. If I could give 10 stars, I totally would!
Ps.He also has his own tint shop. So you can get yourself a car and your windows tinted all in one. Two for one special lol.

This guy is a joke. He says he Will get you the best deal. It’s nothing better than you can get on your own by calling the Internet manager near end of month. If you have any basic understanding of leasing a car, do it on your own. I was ready to use him and it took me a week to get one quote and I asked for a couple of other quotes to help me decide and he was non responsive for over a week. So I made some calls in my own and got a better deal by $ 50 mo and $ 1000 less drive off. The. When he finally contacted me, I told him I had already got a vehicle and why and he called me a liar. I wouldn’t be posting this if he would have been professional and acknowledged his shortcomings. If you use him, make sure to do your own research too.

This place is seriously 10 stars! I will never buy another car directly from a dealership.
I originally went to various dealerships to work out a deal on a new German car and every dealership was the same: pushy, rude staff, lying to my face the minute I walked through the door, and non-​existent service. It got old, quick.
Desperate for an alternative to the dealerships, I did a Google search and stumbled across Below Invoice’s website. When I called they were very responsive and friendly. Not pushy at all.
I originally spoke to Cole (the owner) and he assigned Johnny to help me find my car. Long story shorty I got a brand new car for $ 50 a month CHEAPER than the dealerships, with MORE options. Johnny went out to get the car from a dealership all the way in Riverside, brought it to my house in OC on a Saturday, and we signed the paperwork in less than 30 minutes. As a bonus it had a full tank of gas too.
I couldn’t be more pleased. There is no way I would have gotten a better price and it would have taken me a week of haggling with the dealerships to even get close.
I’m definitely calling these guys next time I need another car.

With the stress of a sudden move to Arizona, Below Invoice took care of everything when it came to tinting my windows before the desert sun could claim my new interior. This was my first time purchasing a car, so naturally I did a lot of research as to the type of car I wanted and shopped around for the best deal. It took me many emails to multiple dealerships, as well as a 3 hour (stressful) visit to a local dealership, to finally get what I thought was the lowest price possible. I wanted to ensure the best deal offered was in fact «the best deal», so I turned to the trusty ClubLexus forums for input. Luckily, someone PM’d me and suggested I give Cole a call. By far, this has been the absolute best car buying experience! I’ve been telling all my friends and family about his company. Another great car from Cole! This time it was a 2016 GS 350 F-​sport. Cole beat my local dealer by over $ 4,000 and saved me a ton on my lease! Delivery was quick and painless and only took 20 minutes at my house.

I was referred by a friend to Below Invoice. Not gonna lie… At first my wife & I were unsure because it just sounded wayy to easy and no car shopping is that easy!
Going back and forth with 4 different dealerships and went no where. So after 2 weeks of getting played by these punks, I decided to give Below Invoice a call.

I love the tint on my CLA250! I called Cole at around 8:30 Saturday morning, and he was able to take my car in an hour later. He was very nice and reassured me that they would do an excellent job. He was right about that! There was no drinking water at the shop, however Cole was kind enough to get some water bottles for my boyfriend and I while we were waiting. I heard about «auto brokers» from my friends in the past; however, I always bought my car through the dealerships. I thought I got pretty good deals in the past but after working with Cole for my current car, I think the dealership hustled me. :(

So I loved my car and did not want another one. But I know I needed one because I had a new baby and a 2 door BMW coupe was just not going to cut it anymore.
I knew Blake from a previous job and always thought of him as such a nice guy. Well he carried through with that opinion as well as getting me a beautiful new car! Him and his partner Cole really achieved my goals with a new car.

Buying or leasing a car at a dealership usually sucks. Shopping the deal you want is a blood-​sucking ordeal. I’m not going for anything less (or more) than what I want, so don’t make me sit through a 6 hour hide-​the-​peanut game before you give it to me. I’m not doing it.
After that, completing the actual transaction at a dealership usually takes another 2 hours of your life you’ll never get back. I hate the tug of war negotiation game at dealerships and I’m happy to say I never have to do it again.
Cole is effing amazing, folks. No joke, like scary-​good. Transparency is the holy grail of car salesmanship, and this guy has figured that out. No nonsense, no drama, no lollygagging. Just the car you want, numbers you want to hear and a straightforward, professional attitude. Cole delivered a sweet deal on a new 435 Gran Coupe to my driveway within 2 hours of my giving the green light. Signed papers and off you go in 15 minutes flat.

Here is the short version: if you’re looking to lease/​buy a car on a good deal, and you don’t want to deal with the hassle of actually going through the circus acts that you may encounter along the way, work with Cole and Below Invoice! I’m pretty sure you’ll be happy with the experience and outcome.
Long version: I’ve leased my last 3 vehicles. What I’ve typically done is that I did my research, found the best prices and then emailed /​called a bunch of dealers and put them through a competitive process for my business. I’ve always been pretty happy with the deals I’ve gotten in the past.
This time around (my 4^th lease), I’ve decided to try a broker. It’s mostly because I’ve gotten a bit lazy in my older age and I’ve got a pretty good idea of what kind of car I wanted. I reached out to 3 brokers, including Cole. The first came back with a quote that turned out to be a complete bait and switch from his original advertisement. That didn’t surprise me, because I was pretty skeptical about using a broker in the beginning anyways. The second didn’t do anything that I asked for in terms of finding the specific combination of packages that I wanted. It was just a boiler-​plate quote he tossed my way. Completely lazy. Finally, Cole’s quote, which also happened to be the fastest initial response I had received, was exactly what I was looking for in terms of the vehicle, and included a clear break down of all costs, etc.
After an initial phone conversation I was pretty convinced that Cole is an honest and upfront guy who actually cares about and knows the meaning of customer service. After all, apart from wanting a great deal, a main reason for using brokers is to get some value-​added service right?
Throughout the process Cole remained very responsive, explained all of my questions honestly. Instead of rushing to close the deal on my end, he really took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the final numbers. He wiggled in the gray areas where he could with the dealers to secure additional incentives for me, and pushed to get the deal done quickly on the dealer-​end. Furthermore, the car was delivered to my doorsteps and I never had to set foot inside a dealership.
Obviously I’ve been very happy with the final deal, the service and the overall experience. I’ll be referring future businesses to Cole & Below Invoice. Give them a try!
