Excellent, professional service! Dianna not only provided the service as promised, but went well beyond, diagnosing and fixing problems with several of my old home-​made DVDs. The mark of a perfectionist. It is also nice to have someone who does this here in the USA as opposed to many others who send outside of the US, to keep their costs low. That said, even then, her prices are competitive. All around great service and a very nice person to do business with! Thank you Dianna!

Just the most amazing service big red has the biggest heart. She scanned all my photos fast and also made an amazing movie our of them. For all your photo scanning needs in Orange County best DVD is your best option. She even takes great care of your photos and return them back to you just the way you gave them to her. I’ve known her for years now since 2013 and she always picks up the phone when I call her and returns my phone calls immediately if it ever goes to voicemail.

I found Dianna online amongst several others who perform the same type of conversions and I had planned to call them all for a comparison on rates. I called Dianna first though and after speaking with her, the price was right and I somehow felt a confidence in her. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I felt like she truly cared about the preservation of my video. I never even called one other service and decided to have her convert my VHS of old 8 mm reel to reels. These home movies are priceless to me and I only had the one precious VHS copy. My grandmother passed away a month ago and I showed the VHS tape at her memorial service. Dianna is amazing! I called her just yesterday to see if she could convert 6 vhs home videos to DVD to surprise my mom for Christmas. I honestly thought it was a long shot since Christmas is only a few days away. Not only did she get them all done in less than 24 hours, her prices were lower than any other place around south OC! You can tell she really loves what she does. She is sooo sweet and even made cute labels for each DVD. I can’t say enough good things about her! I have to repeat what everyone else is saying here. I first used Dianne to transfer my wedding video from VHS as an anniversary gift for my husband. Dianne had it ready in a day and she did a great job. This year, I took Dianne 37 mini DVDs of my kids growing up and again she really delivered. I can’t wait to see my husband’s face on Christmas morning when he opens his gift. Her prices are the best and she really cares about making her customers happy.

This review is way overdue, but my company was in a pinch and needed the contents of a VHS tape transferred to a CD asap. We called several other locations before finding Dianna on Unilocal!She was the closest to our office and able to take care of our needs at half the cost and in less time than what everyone else was quoting. I’m so glad I found her. For years I have Kodak slides I took on my Nikon camera that I wanted to transfer to .tif files on my computer, but never knew where to find a good affordable place until I found her on Unilocal.I had 36 slides that I took in Kyiv, Ukraine in 1988 and she did a great job converting all of them to .tif files on a DVD. Plus I also have a 28-​year-​old VHS videocassette that I also needed to transfer to DVD. She did warn due to the age that it may be a problem, but no fear, she did a great job. I will definitely go back to her to finish all of the slides I took in Russia and Ukraine during my two week visit to the former Soviet Union in 1988.

I found Dianna on Unilocal and am SO glad I did! I had over 500 slides I needed scanned (some dating back over 40 years) and didn’t want to break the bank doing so. Dianna had the best prices around and with her Unilocal deal, I kind of feel like I robbed her.
Dianna turned the project around exceptionally fast and did a great job. She sorted all of my slides into different folders and color corrected the ones that had become discolored. All of the slides were scanned at a quality that will allow me to print them as 8×10 photos and I am so excited to be able to show off these pictures around the holidays — many haven’t been seen in decades.
Dianna was also very flexible with my schedule — allowing me to drop off and pick up on the weekends so I could avoid traffic. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her business!

I dropped off two old video tapes from my wedding 10 years ago. It was a little strange going to a residential neighborhood for a commercial service, but who cares if the service and product are good.
The tapes were put onto DVD and were ready for pickup a day later. The transfer quality was excelent. The picture and sound were both very clear.
And, it’s cheaper and faster than the big wharehouse store I’ve dropped tapes off at before.
It was nice that she put the DVD on and let me watch some of it before leaving, to make sure everything was good.

I discovered Diana and Best DVD Solutions thru Unilocal.With a solid 5 star review rating, and current reviews, I decided to call and see if Best DVD Solutions was a company I wanted to work with. Diana is very nice and professional. She works from her home and truly adds a personal touch. I had 17 VHS tapes of family videos that I needed updated to the current DVD technology for keep sake. She quoted me a reasonable price and we moved forward. Quite honestly, I was concerned more about the security of these video tapes than the ultimate price. I was unwilling to ship them to some internet company that might ruin them, lose them, or get lost in the mail.
The ability to drop the VHS tapes off, and within a couple of days, pick up the new DVDs was very comforting. I have no problem recommending Dianna and Best DVD Solutions to family and friends.

Dianna is so friendly and professional. She had 7 tapes done in just 2 days and when I went to go pick them up, she had even included a beautiful «thank you» card with a personal message written included in my bag of DVDs. Not to mention that her prices are a lot cheaper than other places, albeit in LA, that I called. She works out of her home though, and uses her dog to «sniff out» bad guys so don’t be alarmed if she has you put your hands up and have her dog sniff you out before you come into her home. It’s a saftey precaution and I totally sympethize with her.

I called Dianna at Best DVD Solutions and asked if the tape could be converted to a DVD within the week. I also asked if music could be added to the DVD as well. She finished creating the DVD before the specified time frame which was great. When I watched the DVD, I was so happy because Dianna did such an incredible job. Her talent matching the music to each of the scenes was awesome. Originally, the VHS tape had no sound at all.
