Corenetic Gym

I’m loving this gym!!! I’ve struggled with working out ever since I had a back injury 15 years ago (herniating 4 discs in my low back). I would try to get on a workout plan, but I’d end up re-​injuring my back. Andy’s made a personal plan for me and always checks in with me at the beginning of the workout, before creating my workout for that day. We’ve been focusing on my core and I can feel my back getting stronger every week. I’m feeling better than I’ve felt in a long time and look forward to getting even healthier.

Small class sizes and personalized training keeps me coming back here. Andy is a solid trainer, who cares about his clients and knows how to push the limits for his classes. Each workout is scaled according to fitness and experience.
The gym is kitted out in the best equipment. The vibe is friendly and inclusive. If you are part of another, generic gym, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.

Andy is an amazing trainer. Come for a great approach to your workout. Group or one on one this is a fun way to get fit and strong in your core. Get motivated!

If your looking to get in great shape, become a athlete, and be stronger than you every have… this is your gym. Andy will start out by testing out your physical abilities and tailor workouts to give you the best results to reach your goals. I have been to a lot of gyms and athletic facilities but Corenetic gym is the best blend of everything out there. Andy designs personal workouts for you and you can attend a variety of classes to challenge you each and every day (which I have already seen great results from after three weeks of training!)
I highly recommend checking out Corenetic and trying one of his classes. You will be hooked.

Andy is Awesome! When I started working out I wanted someone that was going to really assist me with my goals of weight loss. Not only is he helping me to achieve my goal but he is helping me make this a life style change. He really focuses on the core and balance of the body. He goes above and beyond.

The group workout is cool. The music along with Andy’s energy, and interesting lighting (to say the least), sets the tone and seems to motivate everyone (including myself) to dig a little deeper.

Don’t bother with big box gyms or expensive boutique 1-​note fitness classes, get your health and stamina on at Corenetic. I’ve tried it all… Pilates, OrangeTheory, 24hr, cross fit, CorePower, Yogaworks, boot camps, blah, blah, blah. Nothing compares to this little hidden gem of a studio. Andy will assess what your goals are and get you where you want to be. Big +++, he doesn’t push any special powders or try to sell weird voodoo magic, just offers good, practical advice so you don’t have to worry about any up– selling here. I’m coming off a knee injury with double digit lbs to lose and lots of strength and agility to gain, and finally found a workout that keeps me challenged but still pushes my boundaries. Andy sets me up with personalized workouts during open gyms — a huge value for the monthly price. His «fill-​in-​the-​blank core» classes are more like circuit training and can be adapted for any level. I know because right now I’m that wimpy chick doing all those mods while others are beasting out, haha! What I totally dig during his classes are the funky low lighting and music. I mean, really, who wants to work out under the harsh glare of a fluorescent light?
Oh, and he’s super chill and the people I’ve met working out here are just as cool and super friendly. I’ve seen moms bring their kids and he’s cool with that too. Do your body a favor and try out a class or come to his open gym and judge for yourself!

I am so happy to have found this place! It’s not only a stellar workout, but an awesome all around environments. As a newbie, everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. Andy is a gem! He is mindful of everyone’s personal goals and does a great job making it feel like the workout was made just for you. Small class sizes and the cute four legged creature make it even better. Andy is super accommodating and tailors workouts to your goals. Each workout is different so it’s always interesting. He always offers great advice regarding your diet/​nutrition. The gym has group classes and also open gym times where you get more personal training from Andy. The gym offers a lot, my husband and I really enjoy coming here.

Andy is extremely attentive to what I am trying to accomplish and extremely knowledgable. He is very supportive and really tries to get to know you and work with your style. I love coming to this gym and his open gym is a great way to focus on the weaknesses.

I was looking for a new gym in my area. The reviews for Corenetics were great and I decided to give it a try. I first went in and Andy showed me around and invited me to my first class. All I can say is WOW!!! Someone being in very good shape, these classes challenge me every time. It is designed for everyones fitness level. I leave this class knowing that I gave 100% and am always held to those standards. The best part for me is that Andy makes sure you are doing every workout with proper form.

This place is great and just what I needed.
I don’t have much experience working out, and was hesitant to joining a regular gym. I was hoping to find something to help keep me motivated and really push me to towards my goals. So of course the first place I checked was Unilocal.I immediately noticed Corenetic because it had crazy good reviews. I checked out all the hype for myself and now it’s my turn to write a review.
Corenetic holds up to its hype. It is such a friendly and encouraging environment. The workout routines are challenging but not intimidating.
So this gym features a few different circuit type classes but also has open gym time available throughout the the day to help you achieve your personal goals. Andy actually sits down with you to discuss your personal goals and helps determine an appropriate exercise regimen.
Corenetic is definitely worth looking in to.

This is best circuit training gym in Orange County, hands down.
It starts with the owner/​operator Andy Jang, he is simply awesome, he really cares about his customers. He has developed an unique approach to designing his workouts.
The program begins with a fitness assessment that looks for any injuries and weaknesses in your kinetic chain. After your fitness assessment and your level of training has been determined, Andy will provide a road-​map and 100% guidance throughout your entire training program to help you achieve your goals.
For the low monthly rate you can take unlimited group classes including yoga, the class sizes are kept to 10 max. These smaller class sizes allows him to give group personal training, ensuring everyone is using proper form to avoid injury.
Do yourself a favor and take a free class, I’m sure you will enjoy it and make a life-​long friend in Andy.

What an experience! If you are looking for somewhere to work out and not feel intimidated by others then this is it! I had a fantastic work out, facility is clean, well laid out and inviting. You will come out feeling motivated and energized to go back. You will not fail and you will not be let down. Andy had been an awesome trainer!

What an amazing place! The owner, Andrew, is incredibly dedicated to his clients. He gives everyone individualized attention, and keeps group classes small enough that he can still help and modify for people who need more stability or more of a challenge. He keeps everyone motivated, and there are so many different classes and workouts that I never get bored! Absolutely love it, can’t wait to continue getting fit in 2016!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! (I almost didn’t want to write a review so no one knows about this gem.) I have been a member of popular chain gym, gone to boot camps, done INSANITY at home etc and this gym is exactly what I have been looking for. In fact I’m about to train for a half marathon and have been blowing off my running (or lack there of) to attend one of the classes here instead.
Andy listens to what you want to transform and creates unique circuit class each day for us to train and confuse all of our muscle groups. I love that the class sizes are small so that he can correct your form to make sure you are executing each circuit to the best of your performance ability. I was thinking about getting a personal trainer and you don’t need one if you come here. My favorite workouts are open gym because Andy will give you a personalized circuit to kick your booty, arms, abs (whatever you tell you want to work on that day.) I also enjoy the low lights and the fun lights and the pump up music too. The image is exactly what it looks like when you do your circuit. Lights come on when we rest between our circuits.
It’s not intimidating and you get what you put in. I recommend trying it, no matter what your fitness level is. You will have a blast (and get the body you are looking for too.)
