BIG LIARS AND PROCRASTINATORS. Said they fixed my bumper, in fact they didn’t. Just repainted it and put it back up without remounting the bumper bar or replacing the broken cast. How do i know this? Because it was rattling, I called my insurance company and had another insurance approved shop look at it. They found their awesome undone work.
Following up while they did this was a pain too. Called, left messages with the receptionist, they never called me back. If you don’t know anything about your car, they will take you on a ride charging you a ton of money and not delivering the honest service. SUGGESTION — PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM.

My son and I went in for smog tests on both of our cars. Hammer the service manager, was extremely nice and they are very honest! I’m going back there for my oil change. I didn’t have the coupon but he had one and let me use it. If you’re a woman and don’t want to be taken advantage of… Go here.

Walked in to get a quote to have some parts painted. I told the quoter the color and he responded by saying that it was a nauseous color. He also quoted me more than the other two quotes from other shops. It was obvious he did not want to do the job. I found out the original owner that i dealt with in the past (by the way did great work) had passed away and the new owners bought the name. Very disappointed in the new ownership. I have been a customer sinse the early 90s.

I was told the car would be ready no later than Friday afternoon, when I hadn’t heard from them I called to check in. I was then told it would be extended until the following Tuesday at the latest (with no warning). When I hadn’t heard back by Tuesday I checked in, they told me extended until Wednesday… It is now Thursday morning, I am finally notified go pick up my car. I am here now picking it up and my car has a light «window wiper malfunctioning» that wasn’t there when I dropped it off… So now I am sitting waiting and being told they aren’t sure when they will be able to fix the malfunctioning wipers…
I have no problem with the fact that sometimes things don’t go as planned. I understand that things happen that cannot be prepared for. However, when a business is in possession of an aspect of someone’s livelihood, it is common courtesy to give honest estimates of completion and/​or an update if changes occur. I don’t want to have to chase down someone for answers. Nor do I want to arrive nearly a week over do to incomplete work.

Changed the date to when my car would be done, 4 times! They keep extending the date. My car was supposed to be done in 1 week, as they had said at the begining. The car needed one of the back Doors of a honda civic replaced and painted.

Was very satisfied with the front bumper work on my 911 Porsche. Very capable, customer service oriented front office personnel kept me updated on the status of the repair during the week. I dealt with Eric who was thorough and professional.

Nobody ever wants to get an an accident and have to get their car fixed. When it happened to me, I had no idea where to take my car and then Mercury suggested Fabricante Auto Body and I couldn’t be happier that they did.
The service was perfect and they never had me waiting for paperwork, they stayed in communication and the work was done right. My car looks brand new.

This place is amazing. Their paint work is second to none. You literally cannot tell where the new paint stops and your original paint starts. The tone, color, texture, shade and just about any other aspect is identical to your original paint. Eric (owner) is excellent to work with as is his staff. .
I have trusted Eric with all of my friend’s and family’s cars and will refer them at any time.

I was rear ended and the insurance company had Fabricate on their list of approved places. Not only is this place around the corner from home but a friend that worked at another car repair shop recommended Fabricante Auto Body. My rear bumper, tow hitch, and lift gate all needed to be replaced. Fortunately they were quoted for a used lift gift, but one wasn’t available so Ford sent a brand new from the factory.
A week later my car looks great! The paint is amazing and they detailed my car inside and out. The staff member helping me, let come by a little after closing to get my car as traffic was hectic trying to get there by 5:30 when they officially close.
Overall this place is great and when in an accident you should take your car here. They are fast, the staff is so friendly, and they really shine up your car when they give it back. This was an easy and smooth experience despite the circumstances that brought me here.

My daughter had a slight scuff on her bumper from a careless driver. They were able to fix it and repaint it perfectly. You would never know its been repainted by looking at it. And they had it completed in just a few short days! Our family has had multiple cosmetic aftermarket parts painted and they’ve always done an awesome job. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our vehicles! Their customer service is awesome and their attention to detail is amazing!

My wife’s new car had a small fender bender in a parking lot so our insurance listed a couple of places. Saw the good reviews on Unilocal and called in here. They were gracious enough to accept the car right away and got it fixed within a week. Michael Medrano was very thorough and professional in his estimate and in ensuring the work was done on time and with top notch quality. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous and get the process done quickly!
Plus, there is an Enterprise Car Rental location within walking distance of this place so we rented from there while the car was being fixed.

The staff was very friendly and the whole process was quick, easy and painless! The facility was clean, comfortable and easy to find. They were able to fix my bumper in two days, plus they washed my car inside and out! Haven’t seen my car that clean in awhile.
If I ever need body work again, this is where I am coming!

Whether you have a minor or major repair. I would hands down recommend Fabricante Auto Body over any company I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry. I was fortunate enough to have Eric Gates help me. I was involved in a fender bender and from beginning to end Eric let me know how this process was going to go even went above and beyond and spoke to my insurance company. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful situation. He was extremely professional, informative, courteous, The entire staff at Fabricante Auto Body was such a pleasure to deal with answering any and all questions that I had and really put my mind at ease. My insurance company suggested that I come here to get an estimate on having some black spray paint removed from my white car. Michael came out to give me an estimate and said that it will probably come off with some paint thinner. He and another gentleman (I did not catch his name) proceeded to remove the spray paint by hand. It was as if it were never there, When I asked how much I owed them, he said nothing. They don’t charge for such things.
I am very pleased with the customer service at this establishment. If I am ever in need of body repair this place is the first stop I will make.

I had a small accident in a parking lot and my rear bumper needed replaced. Although my situation wasn’t a big one the Owner Eric Gates made me feel like a valued customer and a member of his family. The job was done excellent and in the time frame that he promised. The two receptionists that I dealt with were very courteous also.
If anyone needs there car fixed or painted I highly recommend that you come here first even if your insurance company doesn’t have them on their list of approved shops.

Fabricante Auto Body accommodated me at a moments notice and were some of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with! No appointment needed and they were directly linked to my insurance information within a few hours which made the transaction flawless!
Save yourself the hassle I went through and just go to Fabricante Auto Body in the first place!

Honest, thorough, excellent customer service! I had a minor door dent on an expensive Mercedes. When I got the initial repair quote from Mercedes it was over $ 800 … but then Fabricante stepped in and said they would be able to do it for around $ 150! Now I ask you … how many body shops provide that level of honesty???
Naturally I was skeptical, but when I saw the final repair I was flabbergasted … it was absolute perfection! Additionally, these guys communicated very well throughout the process, delivered the car back to me in perfect condition and genuinely cared about my satisfaction.
I now recommend all my friends and colleagues to these guys.
