History

Established in 2008.

After more than 25 years of successful sales, marketing and management with some of America’s most successful consumer products companies, Steve Smith– the founder of GrowthSource Coaching decided to share his expertise with small business owners who are dedicated to higher levels of success but never learned how to get there.

Steve began looking for a business that would enable him to help business owners achieve results that were previously unattainable and ultimately decided to open his own practice so his methods could be transferred directly to those who valued their own success most.

GrowthSource Coaching is a direct reflection of the strategies, techniques and concepts Steve guides others through and is now regarded as a highly effective way for business owners to accomplish their revenue and profit goals.

Steve is a leading expert in business growth strategies for small business owners and entrepreneurs with an internationally recognized blog and radio show that he hosts. He has written articles for over a dozen business websites and other on-​line business communities and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, OC Talk Radio’s Smart Money and Talent in the Southland. He established his first on-​line business advice service, ‘Need Answers, Ask Steve’, that offers business owners complementary professional advice on important issues and opportunities. Recently, he has redefined his business evaluation process that identifies critical gaps in business strategies so business owners can find and implement solutions faster.

Steve Smith is a graduate of Frostburg State University, Frostburg Md. with a degree in Business Management. His knack for evaluating situations and creating innovative solutions makes him a valued resource for small business owners, professionals and executives.
