Trevor was the best!!! Took my phone in on lunch and he took care of it in 30 minutes. Phone looks good as new and the workmanship is top notch. Definitely would recommend to any one with a cracked iPhone screen.

I recently walked in to fix my cracked iPhone 6 screen. The entire experience was super easy and Trevor was very helpful! I walked in, and within a few hours I had what looked like a brand new phone. Their prices are more than reasonable, especially compared to other places I’ve taken my phone to before. Also the quality of work is 5+ on point! I know this as I have taken my phones to other repair places and now have my new iAnything shop to go to! Thanks Trevor!

Trevor was thorough and very helpful, at the Lake Forest location. Both my phone & my iPad had need of work and Trevor was a dream to work with. Not only were they fast but reasonable. It’s GREAT to deal with a person who actually listens to you & works with you to find solutions.

Service was prompt and courteous, even though they had to ship he actual battery up from another location… Still got the phone repairs back in a matter of hours! Planning on bringing back my old MacBook to have the trackpad and battery replaced too! Thanks to Trevor for helping me out!

I own an iPhone 6 and I shattered it to the point I kept cutting my thumb finger. Being from LA, there’s iPhone repair shops everywhere but I accidentally walked into this shop because of a sign that had 50% off accessories but was no longer being offered. However, this guy Thomas hooked me up by fixing my phone in less then 15 minutes and giving me a free tempered glass with a checkin. This guy is GOOD. I would recommend this shop and Thomas to get your phone repaired here. AFFORDABLE AS WELL.

I had bad experience with them. They don’t trust the customers. I went to repair my Samsung note 4 display and they gave a quotation of 190 dollars including labor and then next day when I went to drop off my phone for repair they said 290 dollars and they said they cannot do it for 190 dollars, liars. I traveled 5 miles to this place, waste of time, very much disappointed. I strongly recommend not to use their service as they are not trust worthy even though if they may do good work.

My daughter dropped her phone at school and shattered the screen. Since her dad and I bought her the phone less than six months ago, it was only fair that she pay for the repairs. We found iNFigo on Unilocal and figured we give it a shot. Thomas greeted us soon after walking in. He completed the work in the timeframe promised. We will be recommending iNFigo for sure!

My son dropped his iPhone (without his cover on it!) and the LCD screen got cracked. After my son did some research on Unilocal,we came in to the store and were greeted by Thomas. He did a quick diagnosis of the phone and told us he could fix it while we waited… in less than 15 minutes! Not only did he fix it (in way less than 15 minutes), he was totally cool with my son and even helped us out with a new tempered glass cover. Thomas was ninja fast, no joke! I personally believe that he should receive a raise for his prompt work.

Stopped by the store after a friend mentioned it was a good place to get protective glass for my iPhone 6 Plus. Mine was developing a crack in the protective glass already installed by another kiosk vendor.
Thomas replaced the glass, and used a higher quality material which seems to take my finger input better than the previous glass protector. He also provided in-​depth answers to my questions. Technical skills are excellent. Glass installed and looks like it was made that way.
I will continue to use this company and work with Thomas on any needs for my various devices. Highly recommend the service there, and appreciate the attention to detail. My iPhone is my link to the world, so it needs to be at its best. If you need any repairs to your devices, or just need some advice or evaluation of a strange behavior, don’t hesitate to take your device and have Thomas check it out.

Went in while my son was getting his haircut next door. Thomas was super friendly and answered all my questions. He changed out the screen on my sons iPhone 6. I was surprising him for his birthday. Clean, super efficient store. I was done in under 15 minutes! He even installed a screen protector for me to help prevent a broken screen in the future. I highly recommend this store! I came in with a non-​functioning phone after some bad trauma to it. Outer case looked ok but it was all internal damage. Thomas was extremely helpful, personable, and efficient. Thank you for the help. No hassle, no up selling. Straight friendly business and quick!

After thinking I had to deal with the AT&T (which stands for Always Trouble & Turmoil) «Next» program locking me into a new iPhone because of my super-​shattering screen mishap, Thomas at iNfigo in Lake Forest came to my rescue!!!
I remembered the place by the eye-​popping signs at Lake Forest/​Aspan, but had no expectations that they’d be able to help or how much it would cost. It cost me a very reasonable amount & I’m happy & not all stressed-​out like when I deal with AT&T on the phone or in their stores.
Stopped by iNfigo at 4:30 Friday, thinking I would just get info about fixing my screen. Heard it’s normally at least a 2-​hour wait & figured I wouldn’t have enough time. Wrong. Thomas said it would take 15 minutes. In actuality, he did the job in 8 minutes. 8 FREAKIN’ MINUTES!
I’m using my phone now. It looks like new. Instead of buying a bulletproof case to avoid future mishaps, Thomas added a piece of tempered glass which absorbs the impact & itself shatters while iPhone glass is protected.
And I’m not gonna tell you what this cost because I may have gotten a great deal… all I know is the cost was VERY VERY reasonable, the service quick & expertly done, & I left promising to immediately write a Unilocal review (my idea) and tell everyone I know about this great little place (also my idea). The only negative was he encouraged me to save my receipt for when I bring my iPad in for its new screen (I’m clumsy; what can I say?) – & I am bad at saving receipts ha ha.
THANK YOU THOMAS FOR MAKING MY DAY!!! You are a pleasure to do business with. And I don’t often feel that way.

[Side note: BTW, when you buy insurance for $ 8 additional per month thru AT&T, did you know there is a $ 150 deductible you pay the first 6 months, & then $ 100 after a year? That’s out-​of-​pocket $$ AFTER paying the $ 8 monthly in addition to the additional $ 28 or so for 2.5 years for your new iPhone. Just sayin’…If you break your screen after a year & have insurance you’ve already paid $ 96 for insurance & now have to pay at least another $ 100 to AT&T]

Two days ago my wife told me iPad Air was not working right. I saw the touch screen acting really weird, screen changing itself and typing letters without human typing. I asked my daughter if she had dropped again. She didn’t think so but I wasn’t sure because she had dropped and broke it before. That time I went to Infigo Wireless and they fixed it on the spot.
So I went back to the same shop «Infigo Wireless» with the broken iPad. I showed it to Laura and she checked and asked me where it had been repaired. I told her «here.» She said to me she would fix it again for free. And she did in 20 minutes even though I didn’t have the previous receipt. Thank you Laura! You are really kind and helpful.

I came to infigo, my friend recommended me here. I came in came out real quick nice and easy! Very fun and fast paced workers that are there to get you in and out!

I was on vacation and totally shattered the screen on my iPhone 6. Of course I have insurance but I never downloaded my 9500+ pics so I decided to check out this Place.
I walked into the store and was greeted by a nice young gentleman named John. The repair cost was almost exactly what my deductable would have been and I got Superior Service. I went to the gym and came back and John had my phone ready for me.
I have nothing but rave reviews for this place. Thanks John. Your customer service is leaps and bounds above any Sprint service I have ever received.
