It was a great experience!
I came to try this place out for my prom nails and it turned out great!
–customer service was A1
–the owner tried really hard to make me and all of her customers in the store satisfied
–my nails turned out amazing!!(a lot of my friends ended up asking me where did I get my nails done)
— all of the ladies are really nice
I always love stores that have amazing service and production :)

I’ve honestly never been so appalled over the quality of work that was done. Where do I even start?
I was grateful that Christine took my last minute request for a silk wrap fill. She first started off by removing most of the gel polish I had on.
Most.
I figured she’d get the rest of it off as we went so I didn’t say anything, but NOPE. SHE DID NOT.
Secondly, after she completed the fill, she buffed. And buffed. And buffed. And buffed until my cuticles bled.
And then she pours rubbing alcohol onto my fingers and onto the freshly made wounds. Ouch. Like, for reals Christine?
And last, but not least!!! Mind you, my appointment was 8 days ago from today.
In the last 8 days, 6 out of the 10 gel polishes have cracked or chipped.
On one finger, the ENTIRE gel polish peeled off. Like friggin banana skin. See the picture I posted, you can even see the specks of purple from the previous manicure.
Overall, this place was significantly cheaper than my regular salon, but for this kind of sub par work, I won’t be back here again. Thanks, but no thanks.

I’ve been here twice now. The first time I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and it was okay. They stayed open late for my friend and I which was great but I wasn’t too impressed with the job done and she didn’t do anything with my cuticles which were pretty bad. My second time I went to get a fill. Kelly did my nails and I love them! They are the exact length and shape I wanted and the color is so pretty! I’ve received a lot of compliments already and it’s only been a few days. Overall I like them and will continue to go to them.

Love this place! Always accommodating and they offer you something to drink! Very nice touch!

I love coming here, the service is good and they are always nice. They don’t work so hard to upsell, and I always appreciate that.

Tried this place out yesterday for the first time and I love it! They got me in before my appointment and the girls working there are extremely friendly. Ashley did my pedicure and she was great! Definitely will be coming here from now on. I got a gel manicure, pedicure with callus removal, and it ended up being $ 44 which I thought was a great deal!

So far not so good. Made an appointment get here 5 mins before my appointment time, told i have to wait another 15 mins!
Definitely not a good way to start off. Maybe I shouldn’t of changed my nail place. Lets hope their nail work makes up for this. Beyond frustrating

Not sure what the hype is. Same as any other nail spot. Have had pedi’s here a few times. Nothing special. Last time I walked in, no one bothered to ask me anything until I asked for a pedicure. I had made an appt in the morning and of course nothing is written down. If I wanted to wait for 20 min for a pedicure, I would have not called to make an spot. Nothing special.

I still love coming to Klassy Nails. I usually see Tiffany but she’s been out of town. The ladies who have done my nails in her absence have done a great job and they have all been very nice and friendly. Lien is very welcoming and I’m always given a same day appointment. I highly recommend coming here.

Affordable clean and they did a great job I’ll be back got a new set gel on my toes and brows waxed for $ 90

I came here to get the gel removed from my nails and a simple manicure. The gel wasn’t completely removed from my nails before she started putting on the clear polish I wanted. She also cut me with the cuticle scissors thing. She really apologized but it hurt like hell. Total cost for this was $ 16.
Also tried to come here one other time early Saturday and they were booked up. They seem to be very busy and I’d recommend a reservation. I might give them another try but I’m scared of getting cut again!

Once again I am pleased with the service. Kelly was great and the atmosphere was welcoming.

The minute you walk in you are greeted with happy faces and a genuine welcome. I visit here usually every few weeks. Sometimes I push it longer. The last two manicures that Ive had, Ive had done by Tina. She is super sweet and for sure strides to make sure you are comfortable and pleased. I wont lie, I am a tough client. I like many different colors, if Im feeling it, different designs. She takes her time and her work turns out amazing because she takes her time! I assured her money was not of a concern (they always let you know what extra charges are which is good, no hidden fees). This visit I wanted a unique halloween design. I choose black as the main color with white as the accent colored nail. On the black nails I wanted white spider webs and on the white nail I wanted a black widow spider. She did amazing per my request! At the last minute instead of polish I asked her to add a red stone. It puts the icing on the cake for the look of the nails!
I highly suggest this adorable nail salon. Its clean, inviting, and conveniently located near stater bros, starbucks, and chipotle as well as my home. They treat you with respect and perform quality on any thing you are after.

They fixed my nails when I didnt like the polish and they have great customer service!

I’m sooo glad I found Lien and Ashley here. Christine did my nails and she did wonderful, listened to what I like and very sweet. Gonna be my new nail salon

I’ve been going here for a while. I go once or twice a month for a mani-​pedi. I like to keep in mind that it is most likely a very positive experience. But when dealing with people some visits are not as great as others.
I do get consistently great service. I feel so relaxed there in the spa chairs. They offer a drink. And I’ve never experienced a pushy up-​selling situation.
Another plus… When I get my eyebrows waxed, there are hardly any bumps.
The girls are lovely, hard working and sweet.

I love this place. The lady’s are so sweet and today they opened up to me. Instead of the usual akward shenanigans.

I just moved to the area and decided to try out Klassy Nails as it’s just down the street from my house. It’s a cute place-​clean and the ladies that work there are nice.
I’ve been here twice now and while I’m there I enjoy the experience. My pedicures were on point and very well done. Those deserve 5 stars.
However, my 3 star rating is based off of a regular mani. I have had two different nail techs give me a regular mani in the past 2 weeks. I hate to say it but both manis were subpar and looked nothing like the other Unilocal reviews posted on here. I’ve attached a picture that is self explanatory. (FYI-​The dent in the pointer finger was my fault and I bumped into something but everything else was how I was left by the nail tech).

I really wish I could’ve given at least 4-​stars seeing how this place is down the street from my house. But my experience really was just mediocre at best. I probably would’ve only given them a 2 if it weren’t for the nice owner who seems very personable and offered me something to drink.
I walked in without an appointed and waited around for about 20 minutes before I got a chair for a regular pedi and gel mani. The lady who did my gel mani tried to small talk with me but I could tell she wasn’t really interested in the conversation. She ended up cutting too much skin on one of my fingers, and she didn’t say anything about it. It feels that she rushed through the whole process. She also made me pay before I was my pedi lady was finished with my toes. I hate being put on the spot about tipping when I’m not completely down with my service.
The lady who worked on my toes did a pretty bad paint job. She also tried to upsell me four times. I really hate being pressured and having to say no over and over again. The only time she ever did talk to me was greeting me hello and asked me to get add-​ons. No thank you.
I don’t think I’ll totally rule out this place just yet because it is conveniently located down my street. But I will try out a couple other places in the surrounding area before I make another visit. I’m disappointed that I didn’t have the 5-​star experience like most did on here.

I can’t stop getting compliments on my nails. I got a gel mani and pedi; the ladies did an AMAZING job. They each took their time and produced a product exactly how I wanted.
The prices are very reasonable. The ladies are super friendly & welcoming.
I found my new spot for nails!
