I got introduced to Laura back in 2012. She is awesome! Literally, «just like a good neighbor, «she’s always there. I can always count on her to be there if I need to change payment methods and or if I need to juggle my policies. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for great service and peace of mind.

Picture it, Orange County, 2004. I moved back here on the brink of a devastating break-​up. However, what saved me from wallowing into a deep abyss of depression and anxiety? Obviously it was a discount on my car insurance!
Laura has been awesome. I switched from Geico and saved half, or 50% for you nerds. Laura also suggested I get personal articles insurance. I LOL’d. «I don’t need that, what a scam.» I got it anyway, for my MacBook.
Sooner than later, I dropped a glass of wine on my laptop. Finally I can brag that I’ve had a $ 1000 glass of vino! In less than a week, State Farm sent me out a check for what I paid for it, without asking to see or even have me send them the damaged merchandise. Even better, they do not depreciate, so they make sure the check you get will replace exactly what you have, even if there is a later model.

My auto policy has a $ 250 deductible and is ½ of Geico’s rate. My personal articles policy is about 90 cents a month for my computer and renter’s insurance is a mere song. Well, like a $ 15 song, but still.
Laura’s office is awesome and everyone who works there will get to know you by name. I know insurance is an awful business, but it has saved my butt so many times, while at the same time, it has never gone up. In fact, there is always some discount that I qualify for.
I like Laura so much that I almost feel bad when I avoid an accident because I don’t get the chance to work with them.

They return calls or emails incredibly quick and were helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The service was excellent and I would not have dreamed to bought a policy with anyone else. The bar was set very high with Laura!

I have my condo insured through Laura and State Farm and have for some time. I was contacted by Ciera who offered to save me time and money with a quick review on all my insurance needs. I set the appointment with Ciera and she followed up with an email to me with her address and a reminder call, no push. I met with her and received a better explanation of the coverage what I currently have as well as some wholes in my policies. I now have a full quote with discounts and an additional quote for personal liability to protect me personally as I start a new business. Great job Ms. Ciera!

I could not ask for more from an insurance agent. Ciera made me feel comfortable, and helped me with my choices in auto and renters insurance. Excellent service! I was with a great agent at Allstate before I decided to switch gears and move on over to Laura’s office. Allstate decided to raise their car insurance rates and as much as I loved my agent, I felt that it was finally time to take the plunge and see what Laura’s office with State Farm had to offer. Boy, it sure was amazing to hear her knowledge of insurance. I am proud to state that I am much more educated about the insurance world and I am extremely grateful that Laura’s office insures my office location, home, three cars and we have earthquake and umbrella insurance. I didn’t realize where I was losing money and just how much further my money would go without Laura explaining to me step by step in all aspects of my life where I needed to improve my insurance policies at either no additional costs or just pennies/​a couple of dollars more.
