Dr. Laura Huang is a graduate from Qingdao University Medical School in China and did research work with a number of famous and influential doctors with a focus on spinal injuries and pain management. Did research work at UCLA Medical School for Immune System Diseases and graduated from Samra University in Los Angeles. She has a complete comprehensive medical knowledge with training in Western Medicine and Eastern Medicine’s natural approach having a very successful practice treating thousands of patients in orange county for over 15 years. Known famously for her skill, passion, fast results, and extremely high satisfaction amongst her patients.

Magic Needles!
I came across Dr. Laura 5 years ago. While in physical therapy for surgery on my right hip I developed a wicked case of something-​itis in my left achilles… now I could barely walk. I made my first appointment with Dr. Laura, she applied the magic needles and voila! By that evening my achilles was almost 100% and has never bothered me again. Needless to say I’ve returned many, many times — for my shoulder, knee, elbow, stress relief. Magic needles even help when you’re congested! Do you have pain or inflammation? AMAZING– Medical Healing Center Laura Huang, L.Ac. Has help eliminate my pinched nerve pain from my lower back as well as my leg. Within 3 weeks of treatment, my pain has disappeared. I will continue treatments weekly as acupuncture has helped increase blood flow to my lower back. Her office is clean, professional and located in a nice medical building. Laura’s staff is very friendly and personable. She accepts medical insurance which is a major bonus.
If you are looking for a better alterative than western medicine, I would recommend trying Medical Healing Center in Lake Forest.

I was skeptical about Acupuncture. After going to several specialists for shoulder pain they referred me to Dr. Huang to help with the pain since I didn’t want to use prescription pain killers. After my first visit, I am a believer. Dr. Huang is great at listening and tayloring each visit to where the pain center is, as well as looking at the overall recovery. Painless proceedures, each visit does more then all the other doc’s visits combined.

The Medical Healing Center /​Dr. Laura Huang helped me create my family! I came to Dr. Laura with infertility issues a few years ago, I now have two beautiful children as a result of her expertise. Dr. Laura and her staff are amazing! They are kind, sensitive and very helpful. The acupuncture I received was painless and the results speak for themselves! Dr. Laura continued to help me after I had my children with chronic migraines and facial acne. I have been going to her for six years and I plan to go to her for 60 more! She is very knowledgeable and I trust her implicitly. Her natural approach to «balancing» the body is what really worked for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with infertility issues, migraines, and acne. She is the best!

I have been on the hunt for a new Acupuncturist (?) since mine moved out of state, I stumbled across Dr Laura on Unilocal and she matched up with my insurance.
My first visit she worked me in same day.
She is so thoughtful, and within 5 minutes of meeting me had all my needs analyzed… accurately!
Her husband is the office manager and he’s also really friendly and accommodating.
I would absolutely recommend this office for your needs.

Dr. Huang is a miracle worker. I had severely hurt my lower back and was unsure if this was the cause of severe stomach pain and symptoms that resembled a disease that was ready to take my life. Dr. Huang got right to work on and through three sessions, calmed the nerves in my lower back and stomach so much that I went from full-​time bed-​ridden zombie, to being able to function again. She has a very steady hand, you never feel a needle go in, or out… and I even had needles in my stomach, laid on them (they bend), while she worked others into my back.
The entire experience was so peaceful and serene, that it sped up my recovery and kicked all the pressure off my back and tummy. To put things into perspective, I had been so sick that I could not eat and dropped over 30lbs in less than 24 days… Dr. Huang helped me to start feeling normal again; I was able to get my first night of rest after visiting her office. She also carries a stockade of herbs, patches, and lotions that will help speed up your recovery. She has a great knowledge of Western medicine, but she helped me where Western medicine ultimately failed. They don’t take my insurance, and the sessions were $ 75 bones + any herbs, etc… I fell asleep in the comforts of the rooms and it was worth every penny for the relief.
If you’re experiencing pain, nausea, or have a sports related injury… I recommend you give acupuncture a try… Thanks Dr. Huang :)

This is the place to go if you have chronic injury that just seems like it won’t get better no matter what you try with a traditional Doctor.
I figured I’d give acupuncture a try you know? I, like many others, was skeptical but figured going once was worth tickling my curiosity. I am now a believer!!!
Dr. Huang is great — she explains things and also makes sure what she is doing is working. There is no pain, and I actually looked forward to my visits.

Dr. Laura Huang has been a God-​send to me! I am so grateful to a co-​worker that referred me to her almost 2 years ago, and I have been going ever since. I have always had dietary & digestive issues that doctors have never been able to cure me of. This was not only physically painful for me, but due to my intense love of food, this was emotionally traumatic for me as well. Ever since I was young, doctors would just put me on medication that would cause all other sorts of side effects or they would tell me to take a Maalox with every meal… yeah, that sounds healthy. ;p Dr. Huang was able to correct my digestive issues and now I can eat all the foods I love and be pain-​free! I also get a lot of other benefits out of my acupuncture treatments… more energy, less stress, etc. Dr. Huang is especially great because she can tell if there is some area that requires special attention any given visit and she is so sweet. If you have never tried acupuncture, I highly recommend it. A lot of people are skeptical of alternative medicine, but it is the only thing that has worked for me and a lot of her other patients that I’ve spoken to. If you are in the South OC area, Dr. Huang is amazing and you should give her a visit.
