OMG Love this place love Marc and his wife are amazing. I have been to salons all over from Laguna hills to Irvine and my hairs has never looked better my hair has finally found a home and I have curly hair and the products they use are amazing and the prices are very reasonable I LOVE this place

I thought this was a great salon and really like Marc and how he styled my hair. Unfortunately having to reschedule and getting a call back appear to challenge the staff as I never got a call back without first leaving 2 or more messages.
Obviously my business is not important to them. That’s fine, I took my business elsewhere.

Amazing stylists. Everyone is very creative and sweet. They always give me exactly what I wanted. You don’t just pay for a hair style but also for the treatment they provide, it feels more like a spa day then a hair appointment

Karen Stenroos has been by hairstylist for the last four years. I don’t let anyone else touch my hair. She is the best hairstylist I ever had. She took care of my hair when it was long and now days it is short. She does an amazing job with my hair. I look like a diva each time she touches my hair. The salon is located in a nice area, is clean and everyone is friendly there. I highly recommend Karen. She will treat you like a queen. :)

Karen Stenroos at Marc and Company does and excellent job styling my hair. I’ve been with Karen for about 3 years. She knows how to cut curly hair awesome which works for leaving curly or blowing straight. My color is always perfect. I love it when Karen blows out my hair. The best thing is she doesn’t double book her appointments, she is working on only one client at a time to give her full attention to my hair! The salon is really nice and clean. Everyone sounds like they are having fun — stylists and clients!

Marc & Co is a very professional salon and in a convenient located. The gem in the salon is Karen Stenroos. She is a recent import and she is wonderful. I cannot recommend her enough. Karen is an expert in her field, she is friendly and a perfectionist (which is what you want when you hair is in question). I enjoy my time with Karen and I leave looking like a million bucks. The salon is very organized and they use top of the line shampoo/​conditioner and styling products. All of the equipment, supplies and towels are and clean up to date. Not a speck of dust or dirt in the joint. All of the stylists have these cool vacuums at the base of each work station and I am always seeing the stylist cleaning up after themselves. You can tell all of the stylists take pride in their work stations. I recently moved out of the area, but I will still make the trip to see Karen, she is too good to give up even if it means a few extra of my miles. Go here for your new look and ask for Karen, she will treat you right and give exactly the look you pictured.

I have been going to Marc & Company for my hair needs for over 8 years at least. My main stylist is Ashley. Ashley does amazing job with color and gets it right everytime. Ive changed from Burnette to Dark Burgundy to Bright Red Ginger. Its been a process, and my hair has always stayed healthy thanks to Ashleys hair saving techniques. The rest of the staff is very helpful too. I came in once in a panic needing a emergency bang trim and I was helped right away. Great service, great feeling, friendly family enviorment.

Wayne is a very talented hairdresser! He always makes me look my very best!

Even knowing Marc and Co is located in Lake Forest, inside is a great salon. I’ve been seeing my hairdresser, Rita since I was a kid. I LOVE her, but I am here to rate the salon, not her :)
It is a friendly place and the only downside is some of the hair dressers are annoying and seem conceded. It is a clean place and pleasant to get your hair done here.

I was referred to Jan and Ashely at Marc and Comapny by a friend of mine when we first arrived in the US. I wanted hairdressers who would LISTEN to me and do as I asked, I had bad experience with ‘scissor happy’ hairdressers in the past!
I couldn’t have asked for more. Ashley is a wonderful colorist and Jan is an amazing stylist — I have been to them for close to 4 years now, and I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. I am thrilled with how they make my hair look!
I find all the stylists friendly, helpful and they provide a wonderful atmosphere in the salon.

From the outside, a trip to Marc and Co might remind you of an unpleasant visit to the accountant or a dentist. Inside, though, the place is very well appointed, with a loft-​style décor that’s appealing even when set amongst the utter suburbia of Mission Viejo. The bathrooms are very nice.
Yet you will probably pay for the luxury. There is no receptionist, and the stylists seem to work off their clientele and referrals; a quick glance inside reveals a customer base of affluent women that seem married, if you see where I’m going with this. There are a few men who come for haircuts and coloring (this place is full service), but what keeps me coming back is my stylist, Ping. He does a good haircut, but he’s also a most interesting guy to talk with. Plus, his seat is next to this door that opens out to a pleasant artificial pool that lets in both air and beautiful sunlight.
Parking is not a problem, and there is a credit card machine on site.
