The customer service is amazing. I stop by late afternoon and dropped off files for a 3 fold brochure and a 8 page booklet, both color. Matt said it may take a day or two which was fine with me. I received an email from Matt that evening letting me know they were ready for pickup. Same day service is hard to find. Matt and Minuteman Press definitely impressed me. Service and quality both excellent.

I got a recommendation to visit this location from one of my clients. She had gotten her wedding invitations printed by Minuteman and said she highly recommended them. I called before I went in, and asked for a quote over the phone. They actually told me I could just come in, and look at the types and different weights of paper they offer. I showed up and Matt was very helpful, showed me what paper he recommended for me to print my wedding invitations on. The next day he had emailed my quote to me, and I went in that day to look at a proof. Once I ok’d it; they printed all my wedding invitations in only a few days! I am going to pick them up today and I’m excited to see them!

Needed a print job done ASAP and they came to my rescue! Printed birthday invitations in minutes and on a great card stock I definitely recommend!

Maybe compared to big box print shops Minuteman Press is good, but they are not great. A few weeks ago I had some portfolio pages printed here — despite getting a test print done a week in advance, my double-​sided pages were not printed correctly. The paper wasn’t the same paper that was used in the test print, and therefore the colors looked different. When I showed up to pick up the order, I noticed something was off, but I couldn’t pin-​point and the girl at the desk who had run the prints didn’t seem to care less. She claimed she hadn’t altered my PDF file and that she printed exactly what I gave her. Once I went home and compared it with my earlier test prints and the PDF file I had given them, I figured out what had gone wrong — she had altered my PDF and in the process taken out the blank pages that I had strategically placed. I have been meaning to stop by and get a refund for my test print and final print, but unfortunately I’m a busy professional who doesn’t have time to deal with print shops not taking orders correctly. I choose to go to local print shops because of the attention to detail, which is absolutely crucial in my printed work. I realize this was a tiny order, but it shouldn’t have been treated with any less importance.

I showed up in a panic after Fedex had repeatedly ruined my business cards and Shannon was AMAZING! She printed everything I needed perfectly the first time, with great professionalism, quality paper, and at an even cheaper price than Fedex. Don’t bother with other print shops, you’ll get the best service and results right here.

I made the mistake of using one of the big national corporate chain type stores for my first printing needs… and wow did they take me to the bank! Thank God I then found MMP Lake Forest!!! Shannon took care of me from Minute one!!! She turned around a super fast quote for me… which I didn’t think could be accurate seeing how I had just spend nearly double that at the other store. I needed the job rushed, turned around in a day, but Shannon was able to push it through for me in just a matter of hours! It is nice to use a shop like this where you deal with the same staff every time, not just whatever employee is working the counter at some big store. If you are looking for a new print shop I recommend you a least at least send them e-​mail through their contact link on their website and at least get a quote.

Because of their previous great service, we ordered our company’s second banner, yard signs and business cards again. Still very professional and fast! Especially thanks for Matt’s great graphic work!
