We called Peter to replace the cushions and felt on our pool table. He came to the house within a couple of hours. He gave us a fair estimate, showed us all the different choices in fabric and color, and recommended the most cost effective solution for home play. His guys were great — clean, fast, and very polite. All of the felt around the pockets was smoother, without seams, than the original installation. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter as our table looks like new. Peter does know his stuff! The only bad news is that my husband had to play Peter before he left and while my husband kept it close, in the end it was no contest. Peter is good!

After finding the perfect old table online I had to figure out how to get it home, set up, and refurbished. Pete and his guys were amazing!

I acquired a free pool table from a friend who was moving and these guys showed up on time and seemingly risked their lives to move this thing down a tight set of stairs, but did so without injury to the house, the table, or themselves. Amazing! Once the table was delivered to my house they took the time to make certain it was level and perfect in my not so level garage. I was not expecting perfection since the table was free, but the guys wanted to make certain my billiards experience was exceptional and made repairs above and beyond what I expected.

Thank you to Peter for going the extra mile to get me a dining top for my pool table. I called him on Tuesday and he located one and delivered it on Wednesday (in the rain) — Dining top is absolutely beautiful and I was able to seat 18 guests at it on Saturday for a baby shower!

Pete restored a wonderful pool table at my house. New cushions. New pockets. Beautiful Teflon felt. He is an artist at work and you won’t find anyone better than Pete. He also keeps you informed on timing and price and is extremely reliable!

I was givin a pool table for free that was sitting in my fathers garage unassembled. I figured I would haul all the pieces to my house and call a professional to assemble it. There was no way I was going to try to haul the slates and the base as they were too heavy without more help. I got Peter’s phone number off of Craigslist with a link to his website and his Unilocal reviews His reviews were good so I gave him a call on a Saturday. He gave me a fair price and he came to my dads house on Monday with two assistants and loaded everthing up on the following Monday. When he got to my house he infomed me that I had a 9′ table but would only charge me for the 8′ table since that is what he quoted me. He then realized the rails were junk from sitting in a gagare for 2 years. He reused my felt on the rails since the felt I had was high end quality. He returned three days later with new rails all wrapped and ready to install and leveled everything. He even decided to update my pockets since mine were dated in bad shape from sitting in a garage. The new pockets are much nicer and worn in perfectly. When I asked how much for for the pockets, I was blown away by the response, «No charge. We take care of our customers.» That is what service is all about and I would never use anyone else.

They reassured us and told us they knew what they were doing, but, after playing on it, I immediately saw many kinks and flaws. This is what Peter did with me. I can’t emphasize enough how much time and effort he took to make sure I got what I was really looking for. He was very malleable with me and my non-​stop, back and forth, decision making. He helped me decide what I should do with my old pool table, which I ended up giving to his company. Then, he helped me choose a different pool table from him, always keeping an eye on what would make ME happy, with absolutely no pressure at all to purchase. After some thought, I bought an antique and gorgeous Adler pool table (he threw in a very nice and sleek leather cover). Within a week, Peter and his crew installed it into my house. They did it with so much precision and grace that, when they were finished, I had no words to describe how perfectly the pool table played. Throughout the process, they were professional, yet very amicable and helpful. They made sure I had all the space I needed in my living room. They even helped me move a huge china cabinet to a different room, with no extra fee! I couldn’t be happier with choosing Peter, and the result that I got from it.
When they were finished, he shook my hand and said «Welcome to my family.» It really feels like one, because of how well he treats a brand new customer like me, and I will definitely keep in contact with him in the future for for of my billiard needs! He is, quite literally, a master of his craft, and the best in the business, HANDS DOWN. If you really want a pool table, or have one that you need to fix, Peter is THE man to call.

What can I say, these guys are pro! The whole process was easy and Peter really made my experience on getting a new table fun. He took my old table and gave me a great deal on one. He moved it gave me whatever color felt I wanted and balanced it perfectly. I couldn’t be more happier with it. I recently had Mission Billiards & Barstools recover my two pool tables, and replace the pockets and cushions. In addition, they cleaned up the wood and gave me some tips on prolonging the life of the tables. I have had these tables worked on every other years for the past 18 years, and this is the best they have looked and played. Service was fast, Mission was easy to work with, and they went above and beyond. Absolutely awesome!

Where do I start, got a nice Brunswick Brookstone Honey II table that I broke down myself and transported to the new house. Called around for some estimates and found Peter on Unilocal.I’m kind of anal about things and I could tell by talking with Peter on the phone so was he! He gave me an estimate and I needed a setup plus a new table felt. He asked some questions about where I was setting up the table at. Told he in my garage on carpet. He asked what color carpet and I told him dark grey. I told him I wanted camel color felt. He booked my appointment and showed up right on time. He came in with his associates H and Dr J. He looked at the table and told me he brought my camel color felt. But he also brought me this nice grey felt because he remembers me telling him my carpet was grey. Needless to say I went with the grey felt… So glad he was observant enough to think ahead. Him, H and Dr J went to town on my table, polished all the wood, filled in all the scratches, new felt, new rail felt, and new pockets. He even threw in a nice leather cover for the table. Listen I’m a big user of Unilocal and I’m am telling you, no need to look any further if you want your table done right call Peter, H and Dr J you really won’t go wrong. Got a beautiful pre-​owned pool table with all the extras, new felt and perfect leveling for a fraction of what I thought this would cost. Pete and his crew run a great service. Pete & Crew are the best! They were a great help to me when installing my pool table over three years ago. They made sure everything was done professionally and with the best quality. When it came time for me to move apartments, they were the first people that I called to dismantle my pool table, because I knew that I could rely on them. Pete is great. We called him and he told us to come on down (late on a Saturday). He took his time explaining about each one of his pool cues and did not pressure or upsell us at all. He sells his cues for a very fair price and is focused on teaching, explaining all the details and taking the best care of his customer. I will definitely refer Pete and will go back to him for anything else we need.

Got a used bar size pool table in the garage from Pistol Pete. Having come from a local boys ands girls club, the table has seen some better days. Pete and his crew, did a great job of bringing new life back to this table by re-​felting and adding some much needed TLC. The family had a great time breaking it in last night with plenty of laughs and smiles to go around.
