Went to the gas station last night and grabbed some snacks and drinks. My total came to $ 5.11. I hand the cashier a $ 20 bill. He asks if I have 11¢ so I ran out to my car, which is parked right outside the door, grab it and head back in. My boyfriend, who was with me headed out of the store. I asked him if he grabbed my change and he said no. I walked back in and the cashier(who already had rang up another two transactions) said I didn’t have change, I just owed him 11¢. He argued with me for a moment, then he couldn’t find the receipt that had what I paid on it then gave in and gave me my change.

Gas station has fair prices and you can’t beat their 89 cent drinks now that being said they need to review some of their employees I come in every weekend for a pack of cigarets and some drinks before going out at night this particular night I decide to get a scratcher I don’t have any change so I use my lighter from my pocket to scratch it once I’m done scratching their employee has the audacity to say I am trying to steal the lighter I explain to him that I bought it the night before at a different gas station he insists that I am trying to steal it so I ask him to pull up the cameras so he can see that I didn’t steal it/grab it from their display after arguing with him for five minutes I keep requesting that he goes and reviews the cameras to see that I am not a thief he then gives up and I leave I believe it is totally unacceptable for an employee to accuse a regular customer of stealing and have no proof to back it up even when I request he go to look at the camera because of this employee I will be taking my business else where I would rather pay more for my items then deal with an out of control employee

This location used to have some of the best gas prices in the area. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Throw in the fact that this is right next to the I-5 so it is constantly packed with people filling up their cars/RVs/Motorycles/Planes/Boats/etc. as they take a vacation. It can get VERY difficult to move your car around to an open pump or even get out once you’re done filling up. Now that I can’t use the price of gas as a justification of dealing with the hassle of going to this location, I just flat out avoid it all together.

I paid for gas on pump #7 and the cashier puts it on 8. I find out after i walk back in and she says«you said 8». She tells her coworker to go tell the person at pump 8 that they’re pumping my money. I reiterate that i said 7 and her manager says«you said 8». He wasn’t even there when i paid. They finally decide to get it right.

I stop in to the Circle K Mobil at least twice a week because it’s in the same complex where I work in the morning… Quick and convenient, with wieners on rotate at 6 a.m. and security cameras pointed at you 24⁄7; it’s a great stop for sugar snacks, hot coffee, or smokes if that’s your thing. The gas station is conveniently located at the corner of El Toro and Trabuco with two entrances that make it very accessible, although I have yet to pump any gas at this location. Not too cluttered with cars and pretty clean, although the prices for gas do seem to be on the high end… The manager on duty is always really courteous and professional, but some of the employees who work for him are not so much. I tend to pick up the occasional 2/$ 3 Rockstar Energy drinks and a variety of 2/$ 3 breakfast sandwiches that are so bad for you but taste so good… I do have to question some of the meat products used in these concoctions. Is that ham or beef?

Its a gas station. I appreciate the 89c fountain drinks however. There has never been a day here as to where it was in and out service. I’ve never had bad customer service its just terribly slow. I try to avoid this place for gas because its never gas and go unless you pay with your credit card outside, and if I see tons of cars I wont even stop because I know im going to be standing in line for 20 minutes. So please work on ringing people out faster and for the love of god, please dont allow people to stand at the register scratching off their dang lotto tickets ok. other people in line have places they need to go and dont have time to wait for that crap.

seriously. it’s a gas station. how hard can it be? pay. pump. go. not this place. ever. this place is close, but far from convenient. i try to give it a try from time to time, only to be disappointed each time. how’s that even possible to be this bad this often? receipts– dont bother trying to get a receipt from the pump area. it will always make you go inside. assistance– I was at a pump that said sale cancelled. I was trying to use a credit card but could not because of this screen. I hit the assistance button three times… no assistance whatsoever. it’s a shame this place sucks so bad, it’s super convenient. no more chances. avoid this place unless you want to donate extra time at the gas station.

Came here 2 – 3 times in one week… uh. the people behind the counter is always different… sometimes their nice and friendly. mostly though it’s such an in & out place that they don’t bother to talk to you or even smile. it’s just«ok, next!, next!, hurry up!» kind of service…

This is one of the cheaper stations in the area, but not by much. It seems to be 2 – 3 cents cheaper than the average, but 2 – 3 cents higher than Arco and the non-branded places. It’s on my local rotation.

The people who work here are really friendly. Try their coffee. It’s cheap and doesn’t taste burnt like Starbucks’ often does. They have punch cards, every 5th cup is free. Avoid the cheeseburger dogs .holy OMG .that’s the scariest thing I’ve ever seen!

It’s ok, just a typical c-store and ok priced gas. Their customer service could use some help though, especially when it comes to the langauge department.
