After being delayed and ignored by another piano movers, I contacted PPM. They were prompt, professional, and got the job done spectacularly well. They were referred to me by my colleague who is the staff accompanist at a local college. I had a very tight stairway to navigate and these movers got my Yamaha G2 in and up the stairs. I whole heartedly endorse Pro Piano Movers. Good job guys!

Seriously, their customer agent was the worst. Complete attitude from the start. Avoid this company! Incredibly rude and yelled at me because they don’t move from Colorado, despite a yellow page listing that says they do. Terrible lady.

Pro Piano Movers DROPPED OUR BABY GRAND in the swimming pool. We requested and obtained a quote for the piano to be moved down the front stairs (no pool there!) but they decided to take it out the back by the pool. They were very nice until the day after. Then we received a check for $ 370 from their insurance company to cover the piano (and the damage to the pool). If you want your piano moved safely — and with peace of mind — call someone else. If you would like to see photos, please let me know — I will be happy to send them. Beyond awful.
