History
Established in 2008.
Chef Eddy Rocq has worked for many prestigious Hotels and fine-dining restaurants including L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills and Private Chef for Christian Audigier. He wanted to grow and share all of his culinary talents, he created Rocq Catering. He combined his fine-dining and pastry skills to provide a one of a kind quality of service and food unlike any other. In only 4 years, his company has grown tremendously and his current customers are, Nordstrom, USC, Williams-Sonoma, LA Lakers, to name a few. Chef Rocq in off to another business venture to compliment with culinary skills and recently opened Rocq Macarons, these little cookies are a Parisian specialty and are now available to order online www.rocqmacarons.com

Chef Eddy began his extensive culinary career in the heart of France at the Mederic Culinary School of Paris. His devotion and an unparalleled commitment to his craft have earned him a number of esteemed awards, including placing first at the world-renowned French pastry contest, «Seduce».
His endless pursuit of perfection has allowed him to share his creations at fine dining locations such as France le Relais Saint Michel, Les Fermes de Marie, Hotel de Crillon, Meridien Place de la Concorde, and most notably at Hotel L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills, CA.
