Chef Di owns and operates The Chocolate Wedding. She is a graduate of the Orange County Culinary Institute, is a member of the National Restaurant Association and holds a ServeSafe Food Protection Manager Certification accredited by the American Standards Institute.

Chef Di has always had a passion for creating delicious cuisine for friends and family. Now you too can enjoy her remarkable culinary expertise.
