This place is very expensive($ 5.95 /pants) so I only go when I have a coupon. They sent me a 33% off coupon, and when I presented it, he told me the total. Shocked at the cost, I asked, «Really? Even with the 33% off coupon?» When I finally got back to the car and did the math, I realized he only gave me 25% off my dry cleaning.

We have been using The Cleaners since they opened and have had excellent service. Others have not been able to follow directions for alterations or charge extra for ladies items. These guys are awesome and send coupons regularly. Thanks guys!

This dry cleaner is located in nice center, and they try to do a good job, but they continually fall short. Their coupons are very misleading, they really border on fraud. I brought in 10 shirts to be cleaned last Friday. I picked them up today, and presented the coupon that they e-mailed me. I was told that the coupon is only valid when it is presented at the time of dropping off the clothes. Without the coupons, this place is very expensive. I had several more shirts to drop off, but I took them back to my car, as I will never use this cleaners again.

Very bad customer service. I gave a white shirt for dry cleaning and didn’t do a good job. Front desk guy talks very rude.

I have been using this dry cleaners for several years. All of my husband’s dress shirts are taken here and we have never had an issue. We have also used them to clean some of my leather purses and the results have always been great.

STAYAWAY! If I could give –0– stars I would have. Just moved into town and needed to find a new dry cleaner. Hubby dropped off six newer(one month old) white French cuff shirts a week ago and I picked them up the day before my husband was to catch a plane for an out of town board of directors meeting. How hard could this be? All of the shirts were dirtier than when I brought them in! When I refused to pay he said he would only re-clean them. I said I had no time for him to re-clean them and I would be taking them elsewhere and I would now have to buy all new shirts for my husbands very important meeting the next day. The guy behind the counter refused to give me his name and kept telling me differing stories about how they actually clean/press clothing and where it is actually done– unbeknownst to us-off location– subcontracted to another company. Yikes! This is not what he told my husband at initial drop off. I did not trust this company would/could have already ruined $ 1000 worth of shirts and felt he was not entitled to a second chance and to be paid for such a horrible job. He simply didn’t care– and sadly it seemed this was common practice for this business. I further protested and asked to speak to the owner– when I called I was told he was unavailable and he would call me. No surprise– he never called. On further investigation I found they are NOT organic– Warning! Don’t let them store your credit card information in their computer — thus reducing their ability to charge you against your wishes and prepaying for all services– In forty years this the first dry cleaner that charges you BEFORE they do the work– now I know why. What a scam!

My experience here has been very good so far. Been coming here for a couple of years and I have suits and shirts done weekly. I looked at all dry cleaners in area and these guys are the least expensive. I haven’t had any issues and if you prepay the prices are good.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years but today I went in there with a casual dress and one of their coupons for 50% off one item. The guy that works there has always been friendly and appears to work long hours and he politely told me the coupon excluded dresses, I pointed out that that no where on their coupon is this mentioned, the owner was there and he «said my fault» and he proceeded to not honor their coupon. Seriously, with the advent of most offices being very casual in their dress code was it really worth $ 3.25 to lose a customer and get a bad review on Unilocal and most likely Facebook as soon as I am done posting this?

Stay away from this place. First of all, they didn’t honor the coupons. I still placed the order and they promised home delivery. It took more than a week and nobody called me for the delay. The owner said they can’t deliver and they didn’t inform me. When I went for pick up, they performed a very poor job. I asked for refund and to speak to the owner but they said no. Total scam. I am putting this charge as a dispute. Stay away.

I have been looking for a good and affordable dry cleaners close to home, and this is not it! On top of it being expensive, two of my woven women’s button down shirts came back not even pressed that well. Then, I went to put on a pair of the slacks I sent and they shrunk them, are you kidding me? I cannot wear the pair of pants, they are too tight. I will never go back to this place.

Another angry Asian lady running the business but does have a sweet side to her. They get the job done and very affordable.

A little slow here but they get your clothes done well and in a decent amount of time. I will continue to come here as the prices are okay and the service is good!

I’ve been coming for several years and have always received great service. John is always there with a smile. I appreciate(and use) the coupons that come in the local mailer. Two thumbs up.

I just discovered that they ruined 8 of my shirts — they all have holes at the same spot. It looks like a cut with a sharp edge. Checked other shirts and at least 15 of them have some degree of damage on the same exact spot. This must have happened a few weeks ago because I discovered a shirt with the same kind of damage before and assumed that was just a defect — took it back to The Cleaners — they fixed it but said nothing. I’m really upset — there is no way so much damage could be done without noticing anything. This does not speak well of the owner or the employees. I’m planning to ask for compensation(these are not cheap shirts.) and will write another review to let you all know how it went.

This place has the lowest prices for laundering shirts but watch out I’ve had many shirts that have come back dry cleaned with holes in them right around the upper sleeve shoulder area. All the shirts that came back with a rip were in the same spot – and it wasn’t just one shirt I have at least 10 shirts like that. Some were custom made designer shirts with embroidered initials on it that my husband will never be able to wear again. The owner was suppose to contact us, which he never did. And after going there multiple times of trying to contact him we were unsuccessful. Even after leaving messages we were never compensated or credited for our loss. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACETOANYONE.

Forget about coupons with this place. True bait & switch. I’m a little slow on the uptake, so it took me three times to figure it out. Last time in I took a bedspread w/a 50% off coupon. Was told I should have prepaid to get the discount. Not a single disclaimer on the coupon about prepayment or anything else. Owner/manager said«Sorry, I guess I should put disclaimers on my coupons.» Well DUH! Either that or do the ethical thing and honor it. I’ll never patronize this place again.

Non-gender biased priced dry cleaning! As a woman, it is a bit frustrating to come across those dry cleaners that will charge women more for their dry cleaning. You know those places… a button up shirt and suit pants are somehow twice as expensive than the male version, even though the male version is more fabric?!? This place is not one of those places! Rejoice! I recently dropped off a shirt and pants and the total was only $ 12!!! Same two items a month or two prior at a place on Portola…$ 38! After that experience I decide to give these guys a try… why not? It can’t be more than $ 40…So glad I did. They did a great job cleaning my stuff and the price seemed more appropriate!(Btw, I’ve had similar items cleaned in other cleaners in LA and Santa Monica and always paid around $ 20 or more…) The service was also super, super friendly! The guy running the place seems genuine and very kind. Pro: Great, friendly service. Prices match up with what you are having cleaned. Plastic accepted. Cons: They are all the way in the corner of this strip which can be busy during lunch time on weekday. Definitely my go-to dry cleaners, now!

The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. It’s usually the same guy, who works so hard — 12 hours a day if I am not mistaken. I hope he gets overtime. They once misplaced my suit and it took 2 weeks to find it. That Hugo Boss suit was not cheap! Luckily it was still in one piece and in good condition. The owner didn’t offer to compensate me in any way, which was unfortunate. You would think after such an inconvenience they would show some appreciation to their customers. Not here. Anyhow, here is the bottom line: good for laundered shirts, reasonably priced. They usually release coupons in local mailers and flyers. Keep them handy. Especially the ones for discounted dry cleaning. It will save you a couple bucks on an item. I guess we can’t expect much, it’s just a dry cleaner.
