I used their website to request a callback to start escrow. No response (day 2). I called and left voicemail asking for a callback. No response. I called again at 9:50 am Wednesday. Straight to voicemail. I guess they are busy giving 5-​star service to others?

It has been 10 years since I had to deal with selling a home, so I was a little unsure, but I did mine as a for sale by owner and Top Division Escrow helped me each and every step of the way. My escrow officer Denine was so caring and patient. And when a title issue came up from my ex-​husband the manager Kasey was all over getting it cleared up so we could close on time! Thank you again, although I can’t buy or sell a home everyday, you have totally made a customer for life :)

I was a For Sale by Owner. I found TD Escrow on Unilocal while looking for an escrow company of my choosing. It was suggested to go with a company from the buyer’s agent. Stephanie and team lived up to their Unilocal reviews and I am glad that I found them. Her guidance was more than I expected and made the process very comfortable. With the close of the new house on the same day as the sale house no one expected it to happen, but it did! Very much due to TD’s diligence.

I have known Stephanie Harris for several years. We often work together when I’m doing termite work on various properties that are being handled by Stephanie during the escrow process.
Let me start by saying this. Stephanie Harris is a ROCK STAR ESCROW OFFICER. She is definitely on top of her game.
The way she is able to close a transaction in a timely matter is perfect.
I’ve recently had to do some termite work under a different escrow company and my termite work was delayed 7 times over the course of a month, as the escrow officer had trouble closing the transaction.
Heck, I’m just the termite guy, I do not get to pick the escrow company. When I find out it’s Stephanie Harris, I know the termite work will get done, and we will be paid.
I highly recommend using Top Division Escrow, and remember ASK FOR STEPHANIE HARRIS
