John installed security cameras and an alarm system and a Z-​wave lock in our home approximately 8 months ago. We have two small children and have had nannies in our home caring for our kids, so we wanted to be able to check on them during the day and make sure things were okay. I was referred to John because a friend of a friend at work used his services as well. John personally came to our house and did an assessment, and then he put together a quote for us based on our needs. He followed up with me and expressed interest in our situation. We checked with other companies because it seemed like a big investment to us– and John’s prices are competitive. We use these cameras on a daily basis — he installed indoor and outdoor cameras and they have proven invaluable time after time after time. The work was so professional and the cameras look great in our house. We use the Z-​wave lock when our housekeepers come, we can unlock the door remotely and they can lock it behind them when they leave, without having to give them a key. We can control our thermostat from our cell phones. We have video and audio on our cameras with DVR. I would like to add that most importantly, even after the work was done and payment collected, any time we have had any sort of issue, John has been accessible and has been able to help us immediately. He has made himself available multiple times and is just a good and honest business man!!! I have been so impressed with John and would highly recommend him to anyone in the same situation as us.

After calling several companies to get quotes on cameras installed, I finally reached John, and he listened to my ideas and concerns about draining the wifi. He spent a few days on the PoE, but it is done correctly. I was not planning to have a security system installed on top of the camera set up, but he was able to put together a reasonably priced system. Now, I have the ability to see what’s going on at my property, and I can monitor and adjust locks and thermostat remotely. I can arm and disarm from anywhere. It is probably overkill, but for the peace of mind, it’s worth every penny. One thing I appreciated was getting the quote from the same person doing the install.
