Established in 2007.

J&R Folino, LLC, Investigation Services is owned and operated by John and Rosalie Folino. John is an experienced private investigator and veteran of thirty-​five years with the New York State Police, retiring with the rank of Colonel. He utilizes his experience in criminal and non-​criminal investigations in conjunction with modern investigation techniques and equipment to assure the highest quality of service to the Client. Rosalie is a licensed and experienced paralegal/​investigator.
