I was so pleased with the customer service at Aerie in the smithaven mall. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and when I picked something out that they didn’t have my size in, they placed the order for me and had it delivered straight to my house with no hassle or extra charge.

Most of the American Eagle store I’ve been has always been great but not this one.
The cashier gave me an attitude about returning some things. She was taking her time and the process took way too long. After I said thank you she just gave me a stare.
