I went to this store in regards to switching to Verizon because we could not get service in many areas on Long Island and upstate, NY. The store had told us that we would not be charged a full month when switching one week into our monthly plan. After making the switch to Verizon, we received a bill from AT&T charging us for the full month. I tried calling AT&T’s customer service and they said they do not pro rate it. I told them what the store told us but customer service said I still need to pay. I would not recommend going to this store as they have provided us with false information.

The customer service here was awesome! My sister and I had gone to a couple of retailer stores in the past to discuss our bill and it was a nightmare. They did not listen to our issues and pretty much just wanted to take advantage and make a sale. We were going to leave this phone company until we decided to try out this corporate store. As soon as we walked in an employee came right over listen to our situation and was able to give us great options. He was patient and went over every detail with us. I will definitely be going to this location from now on and bypass the retailer stores. If you go to this location ask for mike foley he was extremely helpful and kind, exactly what customer service should be.
