What more can you say. On time, professional, courteous & fair. Had an AC go out on a late Saturday night. Called Jake, got a quick diagnostic over the phone, showed up 15 min. later. Figured out that is was a faulty capacitor, not motor as originally thought. Repair was completed in under an hour, and far less than the original estimate. Below Zero will be our go to for any AC issues in the future. Can highly recommend.

HVAC problems, I call Below Zero.
If you’re looking for a KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST & VERY REASONABLE repairman look no further. I’ve had Jake out a couple times for AC problems.
On one occasion my air had stopped, it was late in the day when I called Jake,
he stopped by and stayed until it was up and running. It was dark out when he finished. That was really appreciated.
On another occasion I had an electrical issue, called Jake, he stopped by that afternoon on his way home and fixed that problem.
If my Mom had AC issues, I’d tell her to call Jake at Below Zero.

Jake is THE man. I have pretty exacting standards, mainly because I have a high end home in Lake Havasu. Jake showed up on time (every time), completed the jobs on or before the estimated timeframe and over delivered in every way.
I love this town but anything construction related is tough to stay on deadline (we’ll call it island time). Jake, however was so organized, punctual and professional I would highly recommend him to my family, friends and fellow Unilocalers… Stay cool
